Holiday rentals with a patio in Dakota County

Our family had a lovely stay of Ryan’s place over the new year. The apartment was beautiful and comfortable for our family of five to spend the week in the twin cities. Our children loved all the great board games, picture books and of course hammock. My husband and I loved the peaceful sauna in Ryan’s backyard. Thank you for being such a wonderful host!

Would highly recommend. Worked great for my 2 girls and myself. They loved seeing all the animals and petting them. Welch village is close to ski in the winter and canoe in the summer.

This location was perfect for my travel assignment. It was clean, had the perfect amount of space, and gave me the ability to feel at home while away from home.

Tim is a good host to communicate with and to solve our concerns very quickly. The house is clean and well organized. Worth every dollar I paid. Overall great experience.

Apryl made this stay extremely easy and enjoyable! Anything that I needed was either already supplied or willingly gifted by Apryl! Even when we ran into some plumbing issues she was super helpful and efficient in making sure the place was good to go as soon as possible! I had my dog with me and numerous times she went out of her way to make sure he had treats and a cozy bed to sleep on while I was away at workouts. I would 10/10 recommend this place as it’s a quick trip to downtown Minneapolis and only a few blocks from the interstate! Apryl was a great host for many different reasons, and if I am ever back I will definitely be looking to stay again!

Nice place to stay while in the cities nice view, was very convenient for my stay. Nice neighborhood close to gas station and other stores fair price for what is provided and good communication from host, I would recommend this Airbnb.

We had a very nice stay at Matias's home in Linden Hills. You can't beat the location! Very close to lake Harriet and great restaurants! House is nice. Bathroom is dated but functional. Top floor bedrooms were comfortable. Living area space was very nice.

My husband and I decided to take a long weekend in the cities, as we were traveling to Treasure Island for a comedy show. We had made prior arrangements to stay at a hotel that turned out to be absolutely filthy. We booked this home and it was available to us within the hour! Andrew was terrific to work with! He was very responsive and gave very detailed check-in instructions! We grabbed a bite to eat and met up with some friends before going to the house, so it was dark by the time we arrived. Aside from a few One-Way streets to navigate around, the house was extremely easy to find and we were able to get comfortable right away! The only thing we wish we would have had was air conditioning, as it got very warm in the house, being we stayed in August. There were a few fans for us to use and the windows were easy to open, so it didn’t damper our visit at all! 10 out of 10, would recommend! We would definitely stay again!

great house for the 8 people we had. grill was in need of a gas tank, but we didn't bother to ask as we were able to use the stove which was pretty nice. The 3 bathrooms were very convenient.

Great location, walking trails right outside your door. House is very comfortable and had everything we needed.
