The cottage is small but can accommodate a bathroom with shower & underfloor heating as well as kitchenette. Bunk bed & 2 sofa beds with a total of 4 beds that can be made up. Regardless of the season, this is the perfect place for those who love the outdoors and relaxation. Swimming dock with rowing boat straight below the house. Cycling and hiking trails just around the corner. In winter, when the ice is on, you can walk to the ski slope in 10 minutes or take the car in 3. Free electric car charging. In the middle of Järvsö's ski slope with a magnificent view of Ljusnan's valley and Järvsö Klack is this newly built timber mountain cabin. High ceilings and large lovely areas for socializing both indoors and outdoors with a furnished terrace in three directions, at the same time comfortably furnished with 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, sauna, smart TV, and WiFi. Ski/bike storage right at the entrance and a drying room with a washing machine and dehumidifier where you can set and dry all equipment. This is the upper apartment with loft.

The accommodation is a separate guest area in the house with its own entrance. It consists of one bedroom with a double bed and a large living room with a bunk bed, kitchen area and seating area. In the bathroom, there is a toilet, shower and washing machine. A large balcony faces the lake, with seating under a pergola, and guests have their own access to the entire balcony. Possibility to borrow a rowboat and life jackets. Towels and sheets are not included, but are available to rent for SEK 150/set. Cleaning is not included in the accommodation.

The price is not included in the regular house rental. Although the house is located in nice and quiet area, it is only 5 minutes to the hospital and 8 minutes to shopping center.

Cozy cottage of 27 sqm with newly renovated bathroom and kitchen and porch of 29 sqm with magnificent view of Lake Siljan. The cottage is located on our own plot (5,000 sqm) in the nice village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The bed is made and clean towels are provided when you arrive, it's easy to enjoy yourself here! The village is located along Siljan, by car it takes 4 minutes to Leksand Sommarland, 8 minutes to central Leksand and equally close to Tällberg.
