Here you are close to the city, beautiful nature trails, ice skating rink, ski tracks on the lake. 10 minutes drive to the airport and 2.5 km into the city center by car, bike or nice walking paths. Cost is added for electric car charging (type 2 connector 16A), towels and bed linen. Cleaning is done by the tenant before checkout. Cleaning equipment is available. Recharge at our cozy home overlooking the lake! It’s a log cabin with modern comforts: fiber (fast!) internet, zen bathroom w/ tub, clean-burning wood stove, full kitchen, and a charger for electric cars (type 2). Gaze out at the lake from the hanging “egg” chairs on the porch and grill in the afternoon sun on the back patio. It’s a short stroll to our shared private dock. Two bedrooms plus a guest cabin (extra bedroom or office/studio). Big garden, nature walking trail along the water.

Lófi Cottage: Small house on the Upplands Way

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This is a newly built (2022) small house close to the Upplands Way (Upplandsleden) hiking trail, and the Lunsen nature reserve with walking trails and beautiful scenery. Only 12 minute drive to Knivsta, or 25 minute drive to central Uppsala. 2.3 km to the nearest bus stop. New deck installed August 2024. Outside space/garden has not yet been landscaped. However, beautiful views, forest and walking trails are right on your door.
