Small working farm on 114 acres in Jones. Peaceful & secluded area. It is a working farm with cows and farm equipment in your view. Ideal spot for International Paper employees or Southern Co. plant in Autaugaville, hunters or civil rights tourist. Mulberry creek runs on property. Train runs behind house so consider if you are a light sleeper. See pictures of Silo/gazebo area (common area if anyone staying in the barn loft). This is a mobile home converted into a cool little cabin appearance.

Very private waterfront house with floating boathouse, deck and fenced in yard across the slough from boat landing . You can enjoy a cup of coffee and the sunrise over the water from the deck overlooking a 20 foot bluff. A venture out on the point gives you an unbelievable sunset and fishing opportunity. The deck is great for grilling while watching the fishing boats come back into landing after a day on the water. Could be a great hunting/fishing base camp or private getaway.
