Just a short drive/ride-share to downtown Dallas, Uptown, AA, Deep Ellum, Cowboy's Stadium and both airports. We also have bike paths and local transportation via DART rail or bus.

The kitchen has an Air-Fryer and a portable induction cooktop for the countertop (single burner, please see pictures)
