The old house at Solnes Gard

Part of duplex on active farm. We are the third generation to run the farm after my husband's grandparents got the farm as a wedding gift. Here you get to stay in the original farmhouse from about 1950. We live in the other part of the residence ourselves. Cozy place, fully furnished and with everything you need for shorter or longer stays. We have 8 alpacas and many goats on the farm, you can join in on the care on demand and if we have the opportunity in a busy everyday life when we are in full employment and have four small children.

Helle Gard - Cozy cabin - fjord and glacier view

The cabin is situated on a farm at Helle in Sunnfjord, in a beautiful scenery at Førdefjorden. It has an amazing view to the fjord and the majestic snow top mountain with a glacier. It lies close to the fjord and a small beach. Perfect place for hiking, fishing and relaxation in a rural retreat. Nearest supermarked is in Naustdal, 12 km from the cabin, and local cafe/shop is 10 min away. Free WiFi in the cabin. Motorboat for rent (summer season). Self service farm shop with fresh eggs!

The hiking opportunities are many; the Great horse, Lisjehsten, Dagsturhytta Skaraly, hunting opportunity, swimming in the fjord or in the mountain water. Holiday idyll by the sea

Cozy boathouse in scenic and rural setting with the fjord and the mountain just outside your bedroom window. The boathouse is located right on the water. On the ground floor you find a room for recreation, and the second floor consists of a decorated apartment with modern standards. The second floor also have a porch where you can enjoy the morning sun while sipping your coffee. The pier is spacey and presents good opportunities for fishing, sunbathing, swimming and barbeque.

Cozy simple apartment in life-cycle standard in a quiet and peaceful area, where mostly older people live. There is a bedroom with a double bed, and a sofa bed as a double bed in the living room. Veranda with seating, cosy separate kitchen with dining area, and bathroom. Good access to fjord and mountains. 3 minutes walk from Dale city center with cafe and shops. Short distance to mountain hikes in the area, and marina and beach. Short drive to Askvoll and Førde (20/45 min)

Simple and peaceful accommodation, which is centrally located. Takes about 30 minutes to walk to the city center . Bicycle can be borrowed for free if desired ( about 10 min) Good bus connections. Short distance to grocery store , 5 min walk. Private entrance and free parking. Newly refurbished in 2018. One bedroom with a double bed. White goods. Exit to garden that can be used! Nice hiking area right outside the door, short distance to the mountains around Førde.

Ten minute drive to the nearest town and a short walk to the closest shop. 20 minute walk or 5minute drive to UWCRCN international school. Note: this is my residential home when I’m not away traveling. Also, this house is in a residential area.
