Tiny house on the outskirts of Berlin

A mix of construction trailer and tiny house, huge garden, in the middle of the village... 100 m to the lake...and in no time in Berlin. I build everything here myself...so everything made with love...but every now and then a little crooked :) I usually live in the tiny house myself, are guests, I am in the circus wagon in the garden or on the road... The place is perfect for dog owners, lake and forest are in front of the door...on city trips I can offer professional dog care...(had a dog board before).

Vacation on the green beach of the Spree near Berlin

We rent a spacious, simply furnished apartment with two large rooms, kitchen, bathroom and balcony in the attic of an old house on the banks of the Spree near Berlin. A large, partly wild garden including two swimming areas, boats, a trampoline and two bicycles are shared. In addition, you can do the following here and from here: hiking, cycling, fishing, cooking, grilling, doing nothing, painting, making music (loudly in consultation), staring at something you brought with you, working in peace.

The 112 sqm 3-room ground floor apartment is located directly on Lake Dämeritz in a small, very quiet residential complex, with a great view of the sunsets and the Berlin shore, which you can enjoy from the very large, partly green terrace. From the house entrance, steps lead to the lake with jetty and swimming ladder. The apartment is ideal for guests who want to experience Berlin, but also want to relax and enjoy the lake view The Regio [regional train] runs 25 minutes to the city center.

Alle 10min fährt die S3 von Wilhelmshagen direkt einmal durch Berlin und ermöglicht so die perfekte Anbindung am Stadtrand. Innerhalb weniger Gehminuten ist man aber auch in den Püttbergen oder am Dämmeritzsee. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine Handvoll Restaurants sind fußläufig.

Our cozy, quiet basement room with bathroom is perfect for vacationers, expats and city refugees looking for a place that is within walking distance of both bus & train and forest & water. Every 10 minutes, the S3 from Wilhelmshagen runs directly through Berlin and thus allows the perfect connection to the outskirts of the city. Within a few minutes' walk you are also in the Püttbergen or Dämmeritzsee. Shopping and a handful of restaurants are also within walking distance.
