A small brand new extension, welcomes you in the quiet of the countryside, close to Tréboul. The early risers will contemplate the sunrise over the Bay of Douarnenez. You will observe the changing colors of the maritime landscape and the ballet of boats on the Bay. Beaches and strikes are a few minutes walk away. Thalasso, shops, market and port of Tréboul are a 5-minute drive away. Hiking shoes on, it is the GR 34 that awaits you from the cottage .

Located one hour from the remarkable sites of Finistère, this charming farmhouse, completely renovated, will easily accommodate one or two families. Located on the heights of the charming village of Daoulas and its abbey, all amenities are a 5-minute walk (Bakery, Cheese factory, Caterer, restaurants...), as well as local hikes. To visit Finistère, you are 1 hour from remarkable sites (Crozon, Ouessant, Concarneau, Pointe du Raz).

Small Mill – Moulin de Rossiou and its pool

Le Petit Moulin is a symbolic place in the hamlet of Rossiou. This is where, for centuries, thanks to the power of water, wheat was ground by successive generations of millers. Even today, some village elders remember bringing their bag of wheat there. Completely rebuilt in the 1970s, it has retained the charm of old stones, arched doors and thick slates. Through a glass paving, you can see the flow of water under the mill.

LE REFUGE DE LA RIA is a quiet family cottage of 200 m2. With its large sunny living room and sea views, you will enjoy an ideal setting to rest with your loved ones. The sailing club and coastal trail, within walking distance of the house, will introduce you to the idyllic setting of the south of the Brest harbor. Come and enjoy one of the few places near the sea where the population density is low.

Le gîte est idéal pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo, les voyageurs d'affaires, les familles (avec enfants) et peut convenir aux compagnons à quatre pattes. Le logement n’est pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite.
