Electic controlled fireplace if there is a chill in the air. Property has fishing dock, canoe, row boat and connects to swimming area on Lake Algonquin. Unfortunately, it is NOT pet friendly. WiFi is best on front inside porch; water heater is small with good pressure. Peace, quiet and comfort for a short break, week or longer stay!

A 1955 home, that was left to fade away with the past, has now been given a future with intentional renovations; this home is a time capsule of sorts. You will find 1950s-60s antiques and a mix of made-to-look 1950’s furniture. We are originally from the area and recently renovated this home for our our own family to use when we visit from out of state a few times a year. We hope others needing a spacious home while in the area for events and family visits can enjoy it too.
