Im oberen Bereich befindet sich der Schlaf- und Arbeitsraum mit einem Doppelbett (180x200m). Im Erdgeschoss liegt ein Wohn-, Schlaf- und Essbereich mit der Kochnische, Waschmaschine und einem kleinem Duschbad. Der dritte Schlafplatz ist somit nicht in einem getrennten Zimmer, sondern befindet sich im Wohnbereich.

The 30 sqm bright apartment is located in the popular Darmstadt Martinsviertel. It was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2016. There is a separate entrance/exit to the apartment from the street. Guests are welcome to go out into the garden to relax. The tram to the main train station and the city, the city center and the Technical University of Darmstadt can be reached within 10 minutes. The apartment is rented by us for 2 days to a maximum of 1 month.
