We felt very comfortable right away. The apartment was clean, tastefully furnished and the equipment of kitchen utensils sufficiently available. The location is just wonderfully quiet, to relax. We recommend a trip to the island of Hiddensee, the ferry runs from Schaprode. Worth seeing if you are by car, the Skywalk am Königsstuhl followed by a visit to the 'Kleine Försterei', Cape Akona, a visit to the 'Büchezirkus' in Binz and of course the beautiful bathrooms. Great vacation rental right on Cape Arkona. Many excursion destinations within easy reach. Well-equipped kitchen, large bright rooms. The sound of the sea can be heard. Great starry sky visible at night. Unfortunately no northern lights. Quick shopping. Unfortunately, too few e-charging stations in the area.

We were completely satisfied! Plenty of space and everything clean. Location was perfect anyway. Towels, bed linen, washing machine incl. Dryer, vacuum cleaner... everything is there! We have been vacationing in Warnemünde for years and have of course already experienced some cases that were not worth their money. We will definitely book this spot again.

nicole's place was just right to get to the city quickly and also to public transport. the communication with her was very good, my concerns were answered very quickly.

Great vacation in this great apartment! We stayed on Rügen for a week and stayed in Gabriele's apartment with our little kids. We all loved it! Gabriele is very friendly and the apartment is great and very spacious. The fully equipped kitchen is a big plus! We'll be back!

The apartment is centrally located in Sellin, so you can quickly reach the pier and beach. The apartment is well-equipped and can be used well as a starting point for explorations. Very friendly hostess.

The hosts are very kind, courteous, know exactly what matters. We enjoyed the apartment with the roof terrace very much. They made sure to make everything bright and the rooms have a lot of light. Glad there's a big common space when the weather isn't so nice. Outside there is a covered barbecue area with tables and benches and everything that goes with it. Electricity for car and bikes is also provided and parking for everyone. Thank you We will come back and recommend you to friends.

Since it led me to the Baltic Sea for work, I spent my first 6 months in Rostock with André. The contact with André was always great, quick and pleasant. I was even able to have my mail sent to him, which made life very easy. The apartment is well and quietly located and has a parking space under the carport. From Sievershagen, I was able to easily reach all my stations in the training on any side of the Warnow. In addition, a shopping center is within walking distance. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via a spiral staircase. It has a fully furnished living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. All rooms are well equipped and all separate, so you can also cook without the whole apartment smells like it. For example, an ironing board, a clothes dryer and a vacuum cleaner are also provided. I enjoyed the time with André and was able to arrive in Rostock excellently.

The location is great if you want to walk along the beautiful coast of Jasmund Park!

Simply perfect. The apartment was like described and even exceeded our expectations. The hosts were very friendly and we had felt very welcome from the first minute. In addition, our dachshund lady was treated as a princess, ❤️ the location is also great: secluded, but very easy to reach by car, very quiet and you can hike from the apartment well.

It was wonderful to be in Monika's place for a few days. By car, you could easily reach Selin, Putbus or Binz. We had a wonderful view of the crane crawl.

Apartment was bigger, very cozy with sofa corner and extra bedroom. Furniture and kitchen a little older, but tidy and clean. Location great, quiet residential area, not far to the beach and also not far to the center.

Top location, quite new apartment with current amenities. The bakery can be reached in a few steps, it is only a few meters to the pier Sellin and the third shuttle bus leaves almost right outside the front door. Within less than 100 m, almost all restaurants of the place are within walking distance. In the house it is very quiet and the underground parking is very practical for those who arrive by car and want to know it safely stored for the time of the stay. You can have a good breakfast on the balcony, even though the view 'goes out to the back'. Tip: Two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with wellness bathtub) - for two people actually much too big. We (2 people) booked very spontaneously and were very happy to have found such a beautiful place for our vacation at such short notice. We will be happy to come back!

A clean, bright, spacious apartment with a small kitchenette, TV and a sofa in the living room where there are three of you. Otherwise there are only chairs, no armchair. The beds are comfortable, the mattresses covered with plastic. We overlooked the fact that you can bring your own bed linen in advance, so we paid an additional 15 euros per person for bed linen. The location is good, in 10 minutes you can walk to the pier. We thought it was a little petty that you had to buy your toilet paper yourself after the first two rolls.

We were (again!) completely satisfied and are already looking forward to the next stay in 3 months 😊 Good communication, great place in good location. Dog friendly, clean, comfortable bed and the water in the shower gets warm quickly💪🏼

We were completely satisfied. The apartment is very nice and clean. We were warmly welcomed and the check-in was possible early and uncomplicated. Andreas even provided us with additional kitchen utensils so we could bake cakes for our daughter's birthday. We always received a very prompt response to our inquiries. We can recommend the apartment without reservation :-)

Super nice and quiet living. Andy's apartment was very pretty and homely and everything necessary was available, although the oven and I did not become friends 😅 The construction site next door is hardly noticeable, except that the lake view is somewhat limited, but there is still the cute gazebo outside. Overall, we are super satisfied and will probably knock on Andy's again next year 😊

We stayed for a weekend and had a wonderful time! The old building is not only a great sight from the outside, the apartment is also super nicely furnished and equipped with everything you need. Kitchen utensils, hairdryer, bedding, etc. were all available. The highlight was for and but the sauna cottage as well as the hot tub, which can be heated with wood, which is also available. Both can be used around the clock, with the hot tub of course taking a few hours to heat up. After that, you can listen to the sound of the sea and watch the stars. Right next door is the national park with its impressive steep coastline. We will be back, a very clear recommendation!

The apartment was great and communication with Nico went smoothly. A very friendly host who I highly recommend.

We felt very comfortable in Petra's apartment. We were particularly positively surprised by all the loving details and the covered table including fresh fruit :) The location in the middle of downtown Greifswald was also great. We will be happy to come back.
