Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Davao del Norte

Ate Bing’s place was our home for two weeks and it felt like it was our own. Ate Bing was very helpful with our queries and very responsive when we requested something for the house (very accommodating). The very vibrant personality made us feel very welcome. The house was surprisingly very big and clean that we are in awwe when we arrived. The place is good for family gatherings which is why we chose the place. The Pool area was well maintained and clean.. picture worthy especially during the night.☺️ will definitely book again for our next vacay! Thank you Ate Bing!

We had a pleasant holiday in Joan's house. The apartment is very nice, the kitchenette equipped with pots and appliances. The larger bedroom is very spacious, bright and quiet. The view from the balcony is very beautiful, you can see the sea which is not very far away and beautiful tropical vegetation. The swimming pool is not very large but is perfect for spending pleasant and refreshing moments. Joan, our host, is very nice and above all very helpful and attentive to the needs of her guests. We will definitely return to Samal to Joan's house.

We had the most wonderful stay! The place's location was very strategic, near the samal wharf, mall and food hubs. We are so delighted that we were able to check in early and the amenities of the place was well provided for. Spacious, clean and comfortable.

Emz is an exceptional host. Check-in was easy and she was extremely proactive about preparing for my arrival. Her hospitality made me feel like I was a part of her family. I stayed for 45 nights and her communication was prompt, patient and kind throughout the duration of my stay, always checking to see if I needed anything and always ready to provide direct support or local recommendations. Simply put, she is “on the ball.” Regarding the unit, it is about 40 sqm (430 sft) but the space is well-utilized. Indeed, it is the most well-furnished listing I could find in the Davao area, yet the unit does not seem crowded or cramped. Both the bedroom and living room have a flatscreen TV with a Bluetooth sound bar, allowing for multiple persons to feel a sense of privacy and autonomy with regard to entertainment. The kitchen is well-stocked with quality appliances, as well. And the condominium is conveniently adjacent to Abreeza Ayala Mall. I highly recommend Emz’s place. 👌🏽

Great location

Ms. Glenda is a fantastic host. Very accommodating and is quick to answer our queries. The caretaker, Ate Neri, is always readily available to assist us. The house is warm and cozy. It has its own private access to the beach. We had a great time. :)

little out of the way from shops but tuc tuk provided to take you if you wish lovely villa has everything you need amazing owner and lady looking after the apartment was absolutely amazing so kind and helpful .One of the nicest places i’ve stayed in the 7 weeks in the Philippines.Lovely little plunge pool and clean .The owner arranged a valentines day evening meal for us which was so nice .I will return to this little gem again .The owners even took me to my next destination in davao for my flight home as they were going that way that day .
