2 bedroom with additional sleeping in living area. Minutes from downtown. Quiet neighborhood in East Nashville. Close to stadium (3 miles). Very private with luxury bedding and blackout curtains. Grocery, Pharmacy, Liquor and Bus at the end of the block. Walking distance to coffee shop, restaurants and bars. Property has it's on drive. Pet fee is $15/pet per day with a $25 minimum. Service animals need to be disclosed [prior to booking and documentation of certification may be required.

Interior photos update Feb 2024. Super clean retreat in the middle of the action. Walk to chef owned restaurants and local fun. Then relax in a luxury space located under a canopy of trees and surrounded by an 8’ privacy fence. Granite counter tops, original art, Fiesta Ware, & more have been selected for your comfort. Neutral smell. No harsh detergents. We live in the front house, but the house is set up so you don't have to see us. Great for weekend or business trips. Not a party house.

Contemporary house with amazing location. The home is private, upscale and not attached to the primary house. It was built with AirBnB in mind. All rooms have great downtown views. Minutes to downtown hotspots including the Ryman, Bridgestone Arena, Nissan Stadium, live music & the bars on Broadway. The house is warm, inviting, spacious, and feels like a home away from home. Enjoy the comforts of home in Nashville! We are located in the hip & trendy East Nashville area just a few miles from Five Points & Downtown. The living room is set up like a hotel with mini-fridge, small freezer, microwave and keurig. The master has a TV, desk, wifi and a comfy queen bed, and Studio A has a TV and queen bed. The master bedroom has an on-suite bathroom. This is the only bathroom for both rooms. We know you'll love it and have everything you could imagine!

The property is a quaint duplex home 20 min. to popular East Nashville and Downtown Nashville; 10 min. to Beaman Park (hiking trails); and 20 min. to Opryland Hotel.
