Welcome, I have just over 20 acres of land, mostly wooded. This has now become an active family farm that requires land and livestock maintenance on a daily, you may hear a bit of noise during daylight hours, unless it’s a holiday weekend when my kids visit, those weekends can get a lot louder. I have been trying to keep my kids quiet for nearly 38 years…..if you’re a parent, you understand. Ha. It’s beautiful here, and your comfort is top priority. Beautiful sunsets and the sounds of nature.

The back door opens to a large outdoor area to enjoy the natural beauty of Tennessee. The nightly price includes up to five guests. More than five is an additional cost.

Raspberry Cottage is a quaint cottage. It has a large yard and places to walk your pets. Inviting front porch with rocking chair. The inside is decorated in farmhouse style. With repurposed creations here and there. This little house will give you a unique experience! Desk . Free WiFi. TV and VHS tapes. Dinning-room, seat four. Lovely kitchen. Bathroom with a laundry room off from it. Back porch and a small room off the porch with dog beds, feeder and water. Driveway with ample parking.

Our MOUNTAIN accommodation in the heart of historic Morgan Springs and along the Trail of Tears. This guesthouse is completely furnished and is completely private. There are outdoor outlets. From here you can explore Southeast Tennessee or you can sit on the front porch in the morning with your cup of Joe and look out over the lake and watch the sunrise.
