From the "auction house", adjacent to the Beemster World Heritage Site, and the Mijzen nature reserve, you can enjoy beautiful walks and cycling. Or find peace on the water with our canoes, recommended! Our atmospheric cottage is located in the back of the garden, and is built from the old building materials from the old auction of Avenhorn. Conveniently located 10-40 km from: Hoorn-Enkhuizen-Medemblik, Edam-Volendam-Marken. But certainly also Alkmaar, the Zaanse schans, Amsterdam and not to forget, the coast of Noord Holland.

Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. There is, among other things, a Grand Cafe De Post around the corner where you can eat delicious food and a pizza eatery Giovanni Midwoud that also delivers. A motorboat is available for a fee. Hoeve Vertrouwen

You are welcome to stay on our organic snowdrop farm all year round. From December through April you will be able to enjoy thousands of snowdrops, stinsenplants, and a free tour around the nursery. We are far from the hustle and bustle of the city but still within easy reach of local towns, villages and attractions. The farm is a beautiful and quiet spot, in the middle of the Noord-Holland countryside of the Wieringermeer polder. Our own small green piece of paradise. We hope to see you soon!

Het gastenverblijf ligt achter op het erf helemaal privé met uitzicht op de tuin. Het heeft een eigen privé terras met grote loungebank en is omheind met een hekje. Het is nieuw en van alle gemakken voorzien, mooie keuken met apparatuur. Slaapkamer met 2 persoons boxspring. Mooie badkamer met douche en dubbele wasbakken. Zwaag ligt in West-Friesland, een mooie omgeving om te fietsen met vele uitvalswegen. Hoorn heeft een mooie oude kern en gezellige haven. Er is een prachtig strand en horeca.

Nature/ culture, active/passive Gouweland !

Gouwe Land is a beautiful holiday home of 100 square meters on the ground floor and has a wooden floor. The living room is adjoined by a large open kitchen. The large dining table invites you to work, newspapers, talk and sit down. In the hallway you will find a separate toilet and a bedroom for three people. At the end of the corridor is a spacious double bedroom with adjoining the spacious bathroom. The property has a separate room with washing machine, WIFI, TV and new dishwasher.

Vacation behind the dunes!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. All the way in the back of the Villaparc Duynopgangh in Julianadorp, you will find our vacation home. Overlooking the dunes and the bulb fields, where the swans swim along the ditch in summer. We have been happy to come here with our children for years and rent out our house from time to time. You will therefore find private items such as a cart, games, bicycles, body boards and many books. Feel free to enjoy our lovely vacation home.

Oostwoud by the water

Relax and unwind in our detached cottage in a natural setting, right next to the church in the heart of Oostwoud! Enjoy the views over the farmyard and the farmlands towards Abbekerk, Twisk/Opperdoes and Medemblik. Overlook continuous fishing and boating waters. Rent a boat or a SUP and go on the water! Nature reserve "Het Egboetswater" is nearby, and the beach of the sweet sea at Medemblik is also worth it. Cycling, walking, sailing or by car? You can go anywhere from here!

The Forge, 30 min to Amsterdam

Come and stay at the Forge. Aukje gives goldsmith workshops in the barn of our farm, hence the name. Abbekerk is a dreamy village as you often see here. Our guesthouse is next to our farm (the house on the left). Brand new, fully sustainable and very spacious. By car it is 10 minutes to Hoorn and less than half an hour to Amsterdam. We are located on a bicycle route and the local supermarket is within walking distance. We feel very much at home here and hope you do too

Our cozy Airbnb is located in the Weere, a beautiful and authentic place in the countryside. The rooms are ideal for travelers who want to enjoy the tranquility and wonderful nature, and for travelers who are passing through. The area is perfect for discovering various beautiful places in the Netherlands. Hoorn, Alkmaar, Enkhuizen, Volendam and Amsterdam are all within half an hour's drive. You can reach the IJsselmeer in fifteen minutes and the beach in half an hour.

This cottage is located at the back of a farm, in the middle of a nature and bird area in Noord-Holland, 30 minutes from Amsterdam. Close to Alkmaar, Amsterdam, Hoorn and the beach at Egmond aan Zee.
