Enjoy a green paradise in the Drenthe countryside. From your hammock you can freely look out over the meadows and forests. Featuring a spacious garden, outdoor kitchen, sauna, hot tub, outdoor shower and heated veranda for balmy (summer) evenings. Perfect for families, families and friend groups. Also an ideal place for children. We have a playground with playhouse and trampoline, lots of (walking) bikes, go-karts and toys. Across the street is a free viewing and play farm with playground. Het Voorhuis van onze rijksmonumentale boerderij is gerenoveerd tot een volledig luxe suite met eigen voorzieningen. De originele details, zoals de hoge plafonds, de bedstee wanden en zelfs een originele bedstee waar je in kan slapen, zijn behouden. Maar liefst 65m2 met een eigen keuken, ruime woonkamer en aparte slaapkamer met vrijstaand bad. Toilet en ruime inloopdouche. Met de optie om, tegen extra kosten, gebruik te maken van de hottub, sauna en buitendouche kom je heerlijk tot rust

Wellness is vanaf €40,00 per geboekte nacht , het hangt van de aantal geboekte nachten af. Aan de rand van het idyllische dorp Havelte temidden van 4 nationale parken, is ons Holtingerhuys gelegen. Heerlijk genieten van waterrijk Giethoorn en van bosrijk Zuid West Drenthe. De vier nationale parken: Weerribben-Wieden, Holtingerveld, Dwingelerveld en Drents-Friese Wold leveren eindeloze fiets en wandelmogelijkheden en in Weerribben-Wieden tal van vaarmogelijkheden.

Our cozy B&B has the comfort of a hotel room. This luxury room has its own entrance overlooking the garden. The special thing about this Wellness suite is that you can enjoy the double jacuzzi and the infrared sauna. A great night's sleep is ensured on the boxing beds, after which you can enjoy a full breakfast in the room or on the terrace (optional). De Achterdiek is located in the outer area of Ruinen on the outskirts of the nature reserve Dwingelerveld.
