Sylvia from the first time we spoke was very kind and helpful. The place has great view and the stuff was very friendly, you can feel in that place what means ''greek hospitality''.

Clean, well equiped place, very convinient location next to the beach. The host was polite and quite helpful.

Owner is very polite & friendly, helping us on different topics. Next to apt, there is a beautiful restoraunt (Pharos), caffe (Bananas) and clean beach in front of cafe. This area was very private, with minimum number of tourist, recommended for people who really like to enjoy quite vacation. Apt is large, fully equiped and clean. Cosmetic was available, clean towels and lot of gifts from owners that was really a nice touch!

Great location, you feel magical! Great room, great view, surrounded by nature! Mrs. Sylvia is very kind, friendly! And most importantly, pets are allowed! The room is clean! I'll definitely visit it again!

The room is located is part of a hotel and is better than the photos. The hotel is located in a lovely village high and combines mountain and sea. The village is very beautiful and welcoming. The closest beach is about a 10 minute drive to a very nice and easy route. There are also many activities and baths in the village of Kokkino Nero and are very close to all the beaches to Agiokampos. The hotel and the room are better than the photos, the balcony excellent and the view of the sunrise unique. Mrs. Vasso was very friendly and the girl at the reception helpful and kind. Came on vacation and really enjoyed our stay in Athens thanks . Our base was Parea very central to Monastiraki square. Rooms had air con. Wifi so good all the time!Modern bathroom suites and comfortable beds completely new!!! (Love it!) The price was very good and agreed with the overall experience. A fantastic stay thanks to a JOHN #PERFECTHOST . Thanks to him the experience was much better through the excellent advice, and. Guidance given. Anything we need he was always there!, like 24/7!!! Note: Observation! We prefer the picture of the host, like before. We feel more close and safe when we see the person not the logo of the apartments. This helps especially when you first show up, his friendly face is then one to look out for on arrival.

I stayed at John’s place for one night with my two teenage children for a quick night before flying out of Athens. It is very similar in look and feel to a Moxy hotel. Cool, urban location with minimalist design and amenities. It was very clean. It was quite loud with street noise if you are sensitive to that, they did provide earplugs. It was perfect for a cost conscious stay in a great location.

Our stay was great. The place is beautiful. Room is spacious, full of light. Almost five minutes from the subway. I'll definitely go for it again.
