Σας καλωσορίζουμε στη νεόκτιστη οικία μας όπου νοικιάζουμε ξεχωριστό lux ημι υπόγειο διαμέρισμα 60τ.μ. Βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη γειτονιά, διαθέτει κήπο, πισίνα στον κοινόχρηστο χώρο. Η είσοδος στο χώρο του διαμερίσματος είναι ιδιωτική για τους καλεσμένους. Το σπίτι απέχει 3' με το αμάξι από την παραλία και 6' απο το κέντρο. Με αμάξι η απόσταση από το αεροδρόμιο είναι 17' και 5' από το λιμάνι της Ραφήνας. Η περιοχή της Αρτέμιδας είναι δημοφιλής τόπος για water sports (SUP, Windsurfing, kitesurfing).

If you are visiting Trikala for leisure, to see friends or for work, the 26sq.m. space is ideal for these requirements. We are close to the center and the Mill of the Elves, very close to the Trikala Hospital and there is plenty of space for parking your vehicle outside the house. It's not a new place, it just changed ownership, but I'm still in charge. All reviews are about the same place!

Walking distance from the village, 1000 m2 shared garden, breathtaking view of the sea and the sunset. Lovely 2 storey house, 40 m2. Pelion style traditional square. The closest beach is 7 min. By car. Only friends have stayed here so far and they love it!
