A beautiful and unique stone house built with care and a lot of love, entirely from the foundations, using natural materials such as stone and wood. It is located in a lush green area outside the village of Nerotrivia with an unlimited and unobstructed view of the Gulf of Evia and Mount Kantilio, ideal for moments of relaxation and tranquillity. On the same estate, we have also created two other stone houses with a swimming pool and an unlimited view of the sea, with the same philosophy, which are separated by a stone wall for absolute privacy.

Wooden-Home Experience

Our wooden home has been built with one thing in mind. Calmness and peace. Here you will have the chance to relax and enjoy nature. The house has a fully equipped kitchen. A full-size fridge, oven, microwave as well as an espresso coffeemaker. The bathroom is spacious and offers a rain-shower. The bedroom has an attic with a single bed, a double bed, a closet as well as a small desk. The main area, the living room has a four-seat comfortable sofa, a TV, and a wood-stove. EV charger available.
