The cottage is a newly renovated cottage in the middle of meadows and forests above Krásná Lípa. On the ground floor of the house, you will have an entrance room with seating, equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom and hallway. On the 1st floor, there are 2 bedrooms (1st bedroom for 2 people, 2nd bedroom for up to 4 people), and a bathroom. In the attic of the house, the 3rd bedroom for up to 4 people. There is a beautiful garden with a swimming pool, a panoramic sauna with a cooling barrel and a heated barrel, two seating areas, a grill, a grassy playground, a pond, parking for up to 3 cars.

Tourists will enjoy the proximity of Panská skála, Sloup Rock Castle, Bohemian Switzerland and the Jedlová, Luž and Děčínský Sněžník observation towers. For others, there are experiences such as water recreation, fishing, horseback riding, mushroom picking, cycling (cycling trails, bike park) and winter sports. Wellness Chalupa Zlaté Písky is located in the village of Nové Křečany near Rumburk in the locality of Czech Switzerland. The beautiful landscape is an ideal place to relax and recharge, especially for families with children or couples. The building is partially fenced. The unfenced part consists of its own pond suitable for swimming and a forest. The size of the plot of 10000m² guarantees complete privacy and peace. The stay includes the possibility of using a hot tub or Finnish sauna (for a fee!)

Welcome to our house with the charm of age and under the care of the goddess Demeter with her merry companions. Our house with 2 flats is located in a quiet area at the foot of the Rauenstein, directly on the Malerweg. In about 600 m, you can reach the Elbe Cycle Path, the ferry landing stage, the adventure pool and restaurants. A good starting point for hikes, bike rides, and for visiting castles, palaces and places of interest. The "Stadt Wehlen" S-Bahn station is approx. 500 m away.
