Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Delaware County

My stay was fantastic. I stayed for a month and Hoot was a wonderful host. The accommodation was extremely clean and check in and out was a breeze. The area is safe and the surrounding neighborhood is beautiful, populated, and walkable. There are some awesome international restaurants on Baltimore Ave just a few blocks away. I never had a hard time finding parking within the surrounding 3 blocks. In fact, most of the time, there was parking on the same block. I would absolutely stay again!

We had technicians working in the area and Sheila's place was a great place for them to stay and relax when they were not working. Everything was comfortable and we had all that we needed. We would stay here again if in the area.

Shonda’s place was clean, cozy and just what we needed for the weekend. We had a minor problem with getting into the unit the second night but Shonda was quick to respond and fix the problem. We would stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay. Sophia was very responsive if we had any questions. The home was just as pictured with comfortable beds and everything spotless. We would definitely come back again.

This place was amazing! The unit had everything you could ever want. Our stay was beyond our expectations. There was a concert in town all weekend, so parking was sometimes a challenge. Free lot off Gay St.

My gang of friends agreed we’d happily come back here again - lovely setting & big driveway for parking; comfy bedrooms and generous number of bathrooms; well-equipped kitchen compared to most rentals; pleasant but unobtrusive decor; and short, clear host instructions. And it was so warm for December that we even got to hang out on the patio, also comfy & welcoming. I think the only things (and they were very minor) that we’d recommend adding would be conventional potholders, a few more sets of silverware, a couple more DR chairs, and a reminder sign about the step down from the kitchen into the DR. Overall, would definitely recommend!

Better than expected. Troy's place has everything you need. Although the place itself is not situated in a super private area as its right across the university and its right up against the road and sidewalks. So you'll see lots of folks walking to and from their destinations but all good. Everyone seems to mind their business and its very tranquilo. Definitely nice to sit out on the porch or get some sun in the backyard while you watch kiddos play around. Troy's communication is great and answer's any questions you have. Even though its stated in listing that there is someone there in a separate private living space on property, you would never know lol. We didnt find out til our last day if someone actually was there, they are so quiet. You have all the privacy you need. Beautiful home, lovely area and just overall it was a great deal and find as we visited during a sad time. Thank you Troy.

Great 1 bed/1.5 bath outside of city center Philly. We had our kids with us (young) and the upstairs was spacious for all of us to sleep. The parking spot is SO worth it, made it easy! Downtown Manayunk was a super cool vibe and close drive to downtown Philly/ museum area. We loved this airbnb! Heather is responsive and friendly - a great host!

Stayed here with a big group of friends. Large common areas allowed us to spend time together.

Excellent stay. Easy access to our destinations: Winterthur, Brandywine Museum of Art, and great restaurants for lunches and dinners. Lovely and very clean home, very comfortable. Lovely enclosed sunroom in back of house.

Rob was a fantastic host and his place was perfect for our Christmas vacation. The space was clean, well laid out and furnished. We were able to host a brunch while also feeling cozy when on our own. Rob was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!

My family stayed here for the weekend of my son’s wedding. The house was 5 minutes from the church and club and the house and property were just beautiful. All the amenities were there-including umbrellas. Our host was very quick to respond to any questions and and supplied a very helpful description of the property with instructions and local things to do.

Great place to stay when visiting Philly!

Elegantly decorated and well stocked with cute little touches, in a quiet safe neighborhood, convenient hassle-less street parking. -30 mins to Longwood Gardens, friendly and super-responsive hosts.

Great location with coffee shops, restaurants and stores nearby. Plenty of street parking and easy access to other neighborhoods in Philadelphia. Kristen is a great host and responded to questions right away. My husband and I were in Philadelphia for my son’s birthday, would stay at Kristen’s place on a future visit.

Danni was very responsive. Amenities were as listed. House was comfortable.

We were in town for a weekend and loved our stay at Christina’s place - it’s so clean and comfortable (with many nice touches) and located right in the middle of a cool Philly neighborhood with excellent food/drinks options around! We also appreciated how responsive Christina was to our questions. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

This was our second time staying at this apartment. Our daughter lives a few blocks away, so it has been a great location for us. The apartment is around the corner from a wonderful coffee shop, and there are many restaurants within walking distance. The Broad Street subway is easy to access (only a couple of blocks away). The apartment is very clean, and everything is new. The beds are very comfortable! The host is very responsive to questions, and provided clear check-in instructions. We will definitely consider staying here again!
