Villa holiday rentals in Delaware River

I booked this place for my friends and I for the weekend beach trip. The house is super clean and comfortable. You have everything you possibly think you need even sunscreen cream. The host is very considerate. Location is good too, only 10 min to ocean city, cape may is half hour away. We have such a fun weekend. Hopefully i can come here next summer!

We're so happy to stay at Ying's place. It's way more beautiful and cozier than what the pictures show. Everything is new/remodeled and clean. It takes just a couple minutes to walk to the bus stop near the traffic light to NYC. Parking can be tricky but Ying's clear instructions make us at ease. Overall I'd highly recommend this place for family trip.

The house was perfect for my friends and I! Great location and within a short walking distance to the beach. We also really appreciated the coffee and breakfast buffet in the morning!

This is the second year straight spending a weekend at this property hosting my daughter’s birthday, and again it didn’t disappoint. Coming back again should say enough. Set back from the road in an idyllic wooded setting allows for great, quiet seclusion. Comfort abounds here with comfortable couches, beds and seating areas. Cozy fireplace outside if the night gets cool. If those are the qualities you require…stay here. I did. Twice.

We were a group of 4 friends spending the weekend together and Hudson and Sourove's home were the perfect location. The house was a close drive to downtown, and we even walked it one day. The view of the mountains from the front of the house was breathtaking! The house was clean and the beds were comfy. The kitchen was missing a couple basic items (wine opener) but otherwise pretty well stocked. We had an issue with the multi split AC system but Sourove responded immediately and it was resolved within an hour. We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you Sourove!

Lazy River was very welcoming and made it easy to check in. The place was extremely beautiful and near the boardwalk, as well as a parking spot which was very convenient. Overall such an excellent stay, would 100% recommend Lazy River’s Rental! Thank you all!

Our family weekend at Casa Julia was awesome. All 3 generations loved the layout of the house and the beautiful lake across the street. The house was nicely decorated, matched the pictures, and had everything we needed. It was a great home base for relaxation and exploring the Catskills!

Emilys place was the perfect stay for a girls weekend! She had everything needed for the beach and pool! Would highly recommend staying at Emily’s place for a quiet beach weekend

Our family's stay was wonderful. The house had space for our family of 4 plus our kid's 2 friends and pur dog. The house provided multiple options of water vessels, so we went row boating, kayaking and peddle boating. We woke up to the beautiful lake each morning, had coffee of the dock while being greeted by the geese. The kitchen had wverything we needed to feed 6 people. The garage was another space for the kids to play in at night. We are looking forward to future visits, especially in warmer weather.

My family and friends stayed at Vikas place during Easter weekend and we loved the house. It was very clean, well organized, quite and has everything you expect and some more! Kids loved the hottub, firepit, game room, Nex playground game system (now they want one 😃), and adults were able to relax, catch up and join the fun too. Vikas is very helpful and responsive and we'll definitely recommend it to our friends and family! Looking forward to staying at Vikas place again in the near future!

Absolutely beautiful home! Carl and Rebecca were wonderful hosts - they were super responsive and accommodating. And their home is lovely down to all the little details, from the soft bathrobes to the warm spaces to hang out in. We had a wonderful stay at their home and would love to come back!

We had a great time at the airbnb. The house is beautiful, well furnished, and comfortable. The location is great - easy drive from NYC to get out into nature and take a break from the city. Robin was a fantastic host - very communicative and responsive, provided plenty of guidance on what to do in the area. Hope to be able to come again soon.

Communication was great and home was wonderful

We were in town to run the spartan trail marathon! It was an incredible and beautiful home to stay in and relax in after a gnarly trail run ! Hope to be back next year! My 4 year old had so much fun! There are toys and many fun nooks to nap in. The jacuzzi was incredible and we bbq’d all weekend. Easy to find and close to all the beautiful scenic trails. Host was very kind and responsive.

The place is breathtaking. Located in an incredible land with awesome trails is a marvelous house nicely decorated and amazing rooms. We had an incredible time with my family that we will remember forever. Many thanks to Paula. Always there and really helpful with everything.

House was very comfortable. The beds are very comfy. It was great for our family vacation. We had my 4 grand kids and their parents. It gave us lots of room for the cousins to have a wonderful week long sleep over and each had their own big bed. AND..a big screen TV in their room, they thoroughly enjoyed after a busy day hiking and sight seeing. It was centrally located for all the places we wanted to visit.

The house was beautiful and even nicer than the pictures. We loved the pool and the beach was right there. Tim was super responsive- especially around check in time. Would easily stay there again next time i am im the area !

The villa is exactly as promised. It’s on a hill overlooking the Hudson with great views and outdoor space. It’s dog friendly with a fenced in yard, a wonderful feature for dogs and people. We were there for a family wedding so did not make full use of the outdoor spaces, but the pool and fire pit are very inviting. The bedrooms were comfortable and we enjoyed lounging in the living room with tv football games. The location is a short walk from downtown Coxsackie for coffee and treats. You should know that access to front door is up about 12 or so steps but there was a railing if anyone has mobility issues. We would return if we were to come back to the area. Lakpa is super responsive.

Jenny’s place was perfect! Super clean, stylish, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth and easy. The location was ideal and close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed for a month and we had a fantastic stay. The house was comfortable and clean. The kitchen is very well appointed and easy to work in. The property is so peaceful and serene. We spent most of our time by and in the pool and it was so relaxing. Summer was an amazing host, always responding within just a few minutes.

This is our second time staying here and we would love to come back again!! The pool table is in great condition, the hot tub was great and the outdoor space was so relaxing. The hosts are super friendly and we loved everything about the property. Highly recommended
