A lovely studio with a spacious living room, private (separate) bathroom, sleeping loft (note: narrow steep staircase) and private outdoor terrace with seating and parasol. The studio has a spacious kitchen counter with various kitchen facilities. The studio is remarkably light through the many windows. Please note: due to the narrow and steep stairs to the sleeping loft, it is not suitable for the elderly or disabled.

Adults Only will apply from 1 January 2026. Nice and spacious apartment in a beautiful old Stolpboerderij in beautiful Den Hoorn on Texel. Bedroom, changing room and open living room. Outside there is a terrace with 2 seats and wide views over the countryside. Supermarket within walking distance. Here you can buy your freshly baked rolls but also sustainable Texel's meat in the morning. Several eateries and just outside the village of Novalishoeve for a nice lunch or coffee.

Cozy, complete, clean, stylish, that's what our guests often write. The B&B is suitable for 2-3 people. Spacious living room with private shower and toilet and private entrance. Beautiful upper floor with a lovely box spring. In the living room, a nice sofa bed. Good WiFi, smart TV, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, milk frother, kettle, fridge, combi microwave and kitchenette (no cooking facilities). Gourmet, wok, etc. are not allowed. Breakfast is not included in the price.

In the winter it can be too cold to sit there only with the fireplace. Bathroom has a 2-person bath and a double shower. The bathroom also has a washing machine and dryer. Lovely apartment to stay completely on your own and enjoy the tranquility!
