House holiday rentals in Den Oever

There were four of us for four days and it was very pleasant to stay in the garden. We had our peace of mind at the campsite and a lot of privacy due to the hedge. The garden was generally very nice with the dining table, the hammock and the sitting area. It's not incredibly big inside, but the space was still very good! Linette was super friendly and everything worked out with the check in.

The chalet is exactly as described in the listing. It is very nice, cozy and practical. Everything was thought of and we were completely satisfied. Contact with Francesca was straightforward and reliable.

Super cute and stylishly decorated little cottage for up to 4 people. Very clean, everything you need is available in the kitchen, e.g. a microwave is there. There is also a small but fine, fully fenced garden. Totally easy check-in and check-out. Communication with the host is great. She responded very quickly and kindly. But our absolute highlight was the sand dune nearby,mega beautiful We were definitely completely satisfied and can recommend the cottage and the hostess without hesitation. Full five stars

We had a wonderful time with our daughter. There are so many interesting things to do on the island. The indoor pool with its crazy slides was fantastic. Gerdi was a terrific host. We‘ll come again.

The house was very nice, the many seats outside were especially great. It was all comfortable and nicely decorated. The surroundings were fantastic and quiet. Too bad there was no water in the pool. It was a nice time to relax. Thank you. 🧘🏻‍♀️

We had a wonderful time at Wenja's beautiful beach house. It was so lovingly and chicly furnished, the kitchen fully equipped. The description of the apartment is absolutely true. The kids had a great time swimming in the pool and the sauna afterwards was a treat. In a few minutes, you will be on the beautiful beach with nice beach bar. (It may be worth mentioning that one section is a dog beach. So many friendly dogs are a huge pleasure for our children. ) From the apartment it is only a few minutes by car to the shopping center in the village and many attractions (e.g. Keukenhof, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Zandvoort, etc.) can be reached in 20-40 minutes. We enjoyed our holiday very much and will definitely come back. Thank you very much for sharing your beautiful house with us, dear Wenja. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A very cozy apartment with plenty of parking facilities and we were able to park our bicycles in the barn. The hot tub and sauna are heated with wood, so you have to plan for 4 hours for the hot tub when you heat it for the first time. It's much faster the next day. The water will be changed on request. The sauna takes about 1 hour to get hot. We felt very comfortable at the place. We especially enjoyed the tranquility. Everything you need is there, although: a clothes rack would be good and a larger bowl for salad in the kitchen. (But that's whining to a high standard ;-) ) Harlingen is about 10 km by bike and about 16 km to Franeker. Everything is easy to reach by bike. The hosts are super nice and helpful.

Lovely little cottage right on the water. The house is exactly as described, perfectly clean and well maintained. The location is fantastic, right on the water but also with a small pool that our children delighted in. A fun canoe and boat to take a tour around the surrounding waters. Highly recommend for a peaceful few days with children.

In short, we liked the vacation very much, the communication was uncomplicated, the arrival was great and the cottage was tidy and cozy! The area was beautiful and everything was great to reach on foot or by car! Would come back any time;)

We enjoyed staying with Jaqueline and Nico very much. An enchanting cottage with everything you need and beyond! Even boat and bikes were present. Jaqueline and Nico were very nice hosts who always responded quickly and constructively to questions and took care of them. We will be happy to come back.

Joke's small apartment is highly recommended. I stayed there with my boyfriend for 5 nights and we felt very comfortable. Joke and her husband are very lovely people. The apartment has everything you need and as a crowning glory a small private garden where you can sit super nicely. Everything is easy to reach. Would love to come again. :)

Patriza's accommodation is quite suitable for 6 people. It is very spacious in the living area, the kitchen was very well equipped, everything was available via microwave, oven, kettle...etc. Outside, the terrace offers a beautiful view of the water, its own jetty is another highlight. We had a lovely time with the family at this well-kept place. Everything was fine!!

We had a very nice weekend in the accommodation and would come back every time. Lindsey was very friendly and we felt like at home. The tips were helpful, Alkmaar and the sea were quick to reach. Thank you so much for having us

A very cozy cottage with everything you need and much more. We particularly enjoyed the fact that the beach is within walking distance. There are many nice beach bars!

Wonderful House at the center of the nature!

Cleo and her Co-host Marleen were very welcoming and responsive. We felt at home. Lots of toys and games for younger children. Very cozy house. Naturally beautiful area good for hiking and biking.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the accommodation was perfect, spacious, clean, well presented, comfortable. The games room and bikes were a nice bonus. The location was great for Amsterdam central, Leon and his family were happy to help with taxi service and it made it a super easy experience. It was also nice to come to a much quieter area to stay and escape the busy city. Leon answered all of our questions, explained everything well, you couldnt ask for more from an air BnB stay.

Spacious house in the immediate vicinity of the beach with very nice furnishings and cozy terrace. We enjoyed the holiday very much and would book again at any time.

Mijntje was a great host with fantastic communication before and during the stay. We loved the interior style of the house, the little garden and the neighbourhood. It was super stylish, yet cozy. :-) Little tip: During the cold season make sure you have some slippers with you, as the flooring is partly made of concrete.

My boyfriend, our four-legged friend and I stayed at Berrie's house for less than 5 days. It is a very nice little cottage with a mostly paved garden. The sun shines really nicely on the sitting area in the garden and invites you to linger. The living room is brighter and friendlier than it looks in the photos:) The beach can be reached in about an hour on foot.. by car it only takes less than 20 minutes. The public connection to Amsterdam includes a 15-minute walk to the train station and about 40 minutes by train, which takes you directly to the main train station. So if you are looking for a quiet beautiful area between Amsterdam and the beach, this is the place to be:) We highly recommend Berrie's house!
