Lovely place, hot tub was brilliant and chickens and goat made our night. Smaller then expected but absolutely fine for 5 people, beds was slightly uncomfortable in front room but as expected with pull out beds. Overall an excellent place in a nice area would stay again.

We stayed a week, but could easily have managed longer! Such a great location for exploring the north Welsh coast and into Snowdonia. the village is pretty, with good shops and restaurants as well as green spaces and access to the beach. It's right on the A55 for easy access further afield. The house itself was beautiful and very new, everything we needed was there and it was comfortable to spend time together as well as get away for some privacy. We found ourselves easily enjoying our time at home in-between busy days. The host was super responsive to messages but at the same time, not intrusive at all. We took two dogs with us which were accommodated perfectly and with the provision of a stair gate, we were able to keep them out of the bedrooms easily. I think they both lost weight from all the running around on the beach but it was their holiday as much as ours. We probably only did half the things on our 'to do' list so I wouldn't be surprised if we visit again!

Great location for exploring Llangollen. Easy to park, quick to walk into town and close to supermarkets to get supplies. The flat was comfortable and clean, had the best night sleep in the giant bed.

Excellent apartment with everything we needed. We travelled with our baby and everything we needed was provided - even teeny hangers for her clothes. The apartment is spacious and very clean, comfortable furniture, and the parking was fine. Good instructions on how to get in so checking in was smooth and we could get settled in quickly.

We had a wonderful time in this accommodation. The accommodation was perfect for a getaway, we loved the shower and the bed, super comfortable!!! Rosemarys place was well equipped, with all the basics it was lovely to have coffee and milk (we thought the dog treats was an amazing thoughtful touch!). Rosemary was very proactive and gave us loads of parking recommendations. We really loved our stay and would come again!

We had a very comfortable stay. The accommodation is ideal for 2 people, with plenty of space and great facilities. David and Kay are really excellent hosts and the place, Rhewl, is an ideal base to explore N Wales & Cheshire. We felt very at home and slept well, the bed is very comfortable! Can highly recommend.

Fantastic stay! Really clear instructions for check in which made arriving late in the evening go smoothly. The place has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is right on the river, just a short walk from local town and pubs/restaurants. Paula was very responsive to any queries and really helpful with information. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great location shops bars and restaurants easy to walk to great variety, good for golf courses nearby. Kenny was on hand to pass on recommendations very helpful

We had a great weekend. Spacious apartment with lovely views. Walk to beach or into Hoylake. Clare gave helpful local advice & warned us about a local sailing event that might make restaurants busier.

Lovely, compact and just what we needed. Nice personal touches on providing milk, Welsh cakes and tea/coffee. We will certainly consider coming back to explore the area more …

Great place to stay for a weekend to experience Liverpool’s nightlife. It was nice and quiet and easy to sleep. Perfect location. Craig was really helpful!

It's hard to start describing how good this place is, so I'll start with what matters most. The hosts, marvellous in every respect, I had an issue that was my own responsibility yet Neil responded quickly with a solution. Equipped with EVERYTHING, we had a welcome hamper, we didn't need to go shopping at all (thank you for the consideration and chocs). I usually take black pepper, the cupboard had three! Dream of a bed, place much bigger than it looks, high ceilings, lovely tasteful decor with a funky contemporary & vintage vibe. Musical references, retro furnishings mixed with every convenience you could need. It was so fresh it felt like a first stay! Guestbook kitchen fully equipped, could have cooked from scratch with oils, spices, plenty of pans etc plus eggs, bacon, bread, butter, milk, coffee etc. We actually lost each other a couple of times, it's just beautiful and Neil & Alex best hosts ever. * tip * Gabriellas cafe delivers takeaway, including scouse! Must stay Place!

Honest it was beautiful, cosy and quiet. All the amenities as well as amazing decor. Honestly if you want to escape from the city this is a perfect place. Host was communicative during the whole stay and help with any questions I had. Truly amazing.

We have a really wonderful time at Anthony’s place! The house was just perfect in terms of accessibility, cleanliness and had everything we expected for our stay. The kitchen utensils were of good variety and we really appreciated their kind gesture of giving some essentials like Milk, coffee & sugar for us! The bed was quite big and cosy & the heaters worked great. This is one of the best stays we’ve had, & would love to book it again for our next visit! Thank you!

Fantastic stay for a long weekend. Location is very convenient for local exploring with food options and cafes within walking distance. On street parking was tough to find but the paid parking lot was extremely convenient and reasonable.

Great place Easy to check in and all clean, tidy and everything we needed. We didn’t explore the local area because we were up for a family trip

The Hideaway in Holywell is a very good top foor apartment to stay in. It is very safe and secure. It is warm. Pete and Emma are good hosts. It is very near the Shrine of Saint Winifred in Holywell. The apartment is very private and quiet at later hours. There are shops cafes and a large Tescos supermarket nearby. The apartment has a new fridge and washing machine .

Lovely place (listed as cottage however actually an annexe to hosts house) Private with designated parking facilities brand new and very well equipped. WiFi connection very good Superb location 5 mins walk to centre of Llangollen 2 mins from Pavilion and 5 mins walk to Llangollen canal where turn left can walk to Horseshoe falls or turn right and a moderate walk to Pontcysllte aqauduct. Ideal base for exploring this beautiful part of Wales ..Overall can highly recommend Mae'n bendigedig Diolch yn fawr !!!

Had a wonderful stay at Kirstie’s place. Mill cottage had everything to make a truely comfortable and enjoyable stay. Little touches such as a welcome basket with pressecco, crisps and chocolates and a basket of things we may have forgotten in the bathroom. Beautifully decorated and very cosy, all you would want for a weekend break. Kirstie was responsive and a very good host.
