The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

The area is filled with hiking trails, there are two bicycles ready for you to experience Thyholm or the two kayaks can take you around the island. You can also pick your own oysters and blue mussels in the water's edge and prepare them while the sun sets over the water

On the lovely Halsnæs close to Lynæs , this unique home is rented out in the middle of a flower garden. It has been newly renovated, respecting the house's 170-year history, and includes a kitchen and bathroom. The house has its own entrance, terrace, parking space and is secluded from the rest of the property. There are 2 bikes available. The property is not suitable for children under the age of 12. There is a staircase in the middle of the property where children could be seriously injured if they fell down.

Welcome to our newly constructed house by the sea – literally, just a few steps away from the clear waters of Svendborg Sound. This idyllic and spacious property (94 sq. meters on two floors) has unobstructed views of the south Funen archipelago – in fact, nature is your only and closest neighbor. Treat yourself to a few days away from it all! All beds will be made for your arrival. We supply crisp white linen and fresh towels (beach towels too) for all our guests.

A unique thatched house right at the waterfront. The view from the Balcony is nothing more than fabulous. The house has direct acces to the beach and the jetty. The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. Newly renovated nice and cozy 84 sqm (main house) + 10 sqm (annex - bedroom 3) holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!
