Stylish villa with large, bright kitchen-living room and large, bright living room with office space and exit to cozy sunny patio with lounge furniture, barbecue and fireplace. On the first floor, there are bathrooms and three lovely bright rooms, as well as a balcony. Possibility of extra bedding. The villa is centrally located in Løkkens old town, a few meters from the beach, surf environment, shopping, restaurants, supermarkets, swimming pool and activity center as well as a few kilometers from Fårup Sommerland. Attached parking area and laundry facilities.

Large and exclusive villa of 270 sqm. The villa is located 200 meters from the beach and has sea views. There are terraces and balconies so there is a possibility of sun morning and evening. There is an outdoor shelter, fire pit, barbecue, children's area and outdoor hot tub with a constant temperature of at least 35 degrees. The villa is completely renovated in 2020 and consists of the best materials. There are for the villa bla. 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets with bla. The villa is also close to the city center and harbor. Car can be rented.

With a short distance to the E45 motorway, this villa is easy to get to and perfect as a base to Danish attractions. This bricklayer villa is gorgeous, with natural wear and tear after years of private living. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, dining room, living room and kitchen, and stairs up to 1 hall with a door to a nice bathroom and bedroom 1, where there is a walk-through from sleeping 1 to bedroom2. There is a large car park, several terraces and large garden. Good bus connections to Randers and Hobro

Stay out of the ordinary with upscale decor and perfect location in the center of the city. The villa has been thoroughly renovated in 2021 and includes a kitchen, three large living spaces, wine cellar, table tennis and gym. It is also a large utility room and children's playroom. The garden is closed and equipped with garden games, trampoline as well as furnished lounge terrace of 50 sqm. Free access to public pool at Odense Havnebad (1.5 km walk). Netflix, TV2 Play, Disney+ Caution around the use of furniture.

Dream of an amazing sunrise, direct views of Øresund to Sweden and Tycho Brahe's island of Hven - a super spacious and family-friendly villa, located only 25 meters to Øresund's Blue Bølger, then you have come exactly to your dream resort. Only 5 km from Helsingør with, among other things, Kronborg Castle, ferry to Sweden and in the summer half year also to Hven. Train station just 500 m away by train to Copenhagen every 15 min, takes only 35 min. Closest mini supermarket 200 m. There are 4 bikes available.

From this centrally located beautiful, spacious and charming villa, all guests have easy access to everything. The villa is located between the botanical garden, the university park and a 10 minute walk to the city's many eateries and activities. The villa is super cozy and nicely decorated with tasteful furniture and here is plenty of space - both on the flowery terrace, in the garden and in the villa's three different living rooms, large kitchen rooms and four rooms, one of which has a huge sleeping home.

But the villa also has an apartment below (staircase inside house) with 1 bedroom (sleeping 2-4), bathroom and living-/dining room, if you are 2 families and wish extra privacy.
