Charming totally renovated cottage located on a lovely quiet street within walking distance (5-7 minutes) to ocean beaches, to Seaview Park, walking trails, playground, and restaurants. No pets allowed. *There is parking for two cars only.* The cottage still retains some of the original details. NO Smoking Allowed. There is also a charcoal grill. You will need to bring charcoal.

The home offers two porches, the screened in front porch with rocking chairs and the back porch for your barbecues with the provided gas grill. FYI, the cottage has a second floor which is not part of the rental. The second floor will be unoccupied and locked. It is only a short walk to Inman Beach on Nantucket Sound ( under half a mile).
