This is a separate building with it's own private entrance offering complete privacy including an off-road parking space. The apartment is located in the desirable neighborhood of Powder Point which is a short walk or bike ride to Duxbury's 5-mile barrier beach.

Beautiful studio in Scituate Harbor for one or two. All the conveniences in one small space. Private entrance and bath with views from your private deck and patio. Walk to EVERYTHING. Many great restaurants and shops. Queen size bed. (Some of the older reviews may mention the sleeper, which we replaced with a queen bed.)
