My place has a recently updated bathroom and refinished wood floors. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils to meet all your cooking needs. The cabinets and countertops are old but clean and functional. You'll appreciate that my place is within walking distance of many dispensaries, Sloan's Lake, restaurants, Joy Ride Brewery, bars, and dining options. There is plenty of free parking. No smoking cigarettes inside. Pot is legal in Colorado, so you may smell a faint odor of pot.

Welcome to our home in Washington Park! Our home can sleep 7 and is in front of the park. Wash Park is a great place to relax, go for walk/run or grab a drink, whichever is easier. The location of the house is just a 5-10 minute drive from Cherry Creek mall, Rino, Lodo, Downtown and other entertainment areas. Enjoy a breakfast and coffee at Wash Perk cafe which is just a 5 min walk. End the day with our new Hot Tub! Place is great for solo travelers, couples or families.
