Το ισόγειο της κατοικίας αποτελείται από ενιαίο χώρο, που φιλοξενεί την κουζίνα, το καθιστικό με το τζάκι και ένα μικρό WC. Στον 1ο όροφο βρίσκονται 2 υπνοδωμάτια και 1 μπάνιο. Ο ξενώνας μας μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως και 6 άτομα, σε 2 διπλά και 2 μονά κρεβάτια.
