Our place feels so far a way from the fast paced life we are all accustomed to, but really it’s just a short trip from all the excitement. 20 minutes to downtown Punta Gorda or 20 minutes to downtown Arcadia. Welcome to the Country Villa, a peaceful, two bedroom one and a half bathroom house built in 2007 by Italian snowbirds. Enjoy the outdoor dining area surrounded by tropical trees and plants. There are bird of paradise, bougainvilleas and avocado trees to name a few... The villa is situated in the middle of almost two acres so there's plenty of room for your boat or horse trailer. *This is a no TV home* but there is Wi-Fi so come relax and unwind!

This 2.2 cottage located on 10+ acres features waterfront view and ample parking. Tranquility and paradise intersect here. There are multiple buildings on site, so you may see other guests. There are kayaks and canoes on property. First come first serve. There is a boat ramp on property you are welcome to use for boats or kayaks. No smoking and No animals. We are a farm, so we cannot allow outside animals to the property.
