National monument from 1621

Always wanted to stay in one of the oldest houses of Deventer? Fortunately, in my fairytale house (a national monument from 1621), there is still much of the history in tact; the high anteroom, the low old first floor (beware of your head) and the beautiful niches. Parts of the house even date back to the 14th century and survived the great city fire in that century. The house is located in a quiet street a stone's throw away from the IJssel and the best restaurants that Deventer owns.

This half of a farm (85m2), located in nature, has beautiful views over the countryside. The apartment is completely private with its own entrance and parking space and is furnished with a spacious sitting area and a luxury kitchen. The entire house has floor heating. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator and induction cooktop. There is a beautiful bathroom with a second toilet. The bedroom contains a box spring. In the private shed, electricity is available for the bicycle.

Ideal for two people, with a sofa bed for a third person. The garden house has its own entrance and there is a lot of privacy. Through the oldest city park in the Netherlands, you cross the IJssel with the ferry and you are in the middle of the lively city center. Or walk around the corner into the floodplains.

Natuurcabin

The Nature Cabin is on the edge of a 4,000 m2 private forest. Via a private access path of 100 meters, you can reach the detached cottage, which overlooks meadows and cornfields. The location is very special partly because the cottage is so free. The 42 m2 cabin is a unique design and made of untreated Oregon Pine. It features a Jotul wood stove, complete kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and a dinner booth with a view all around.

The apartment (80 m2) features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom and a modern bathroom. It is located in the old city center of Deventer on the Brink and near the historic Waag. The spacious gallery provides access to the apartment. On the 2nd floor, there is a private balcony. Deventer is characterized by the cozy little streets, old buildings, boutique shops and many restaurants, all within walking distance.
