Picturesque hill walks are on the doorstep and nearby highlights include Snowdonia/Eryri, Powys Castle, Lake Vyrnwy and magnificent beaches; there are plenty of activities to suit everyone. Our cosy cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, one double bed and sitting room/diner with views across the valley.

Take a long morning walk with the dog or cycle along the nature reserve that’s through your garden gate, or take the short 20 minute drive to the seaside town of Aberystwyth to enjoy the shops, restaurants and cafes. Shop and pub in the village, and although the hut is set on a working farm, there’s plenty of peace and quiet and privacy at our cozy hut.

Nestled in a quiet wooded valley on a field in Midwales you will find The Old Grain Store Wales. It has been renovated to a high standard, we have added lots of luxurious touches too. You can soak away your stresses in the private hot tub, enjoy a BBQ or toasting smores on the fire pit, which is situated on the bridge over the brook, enjoy reading a book in the king size bed with gorgeous views or relax on the sofa and watch the TV. We have a king size bed, double sofa bed and 1 single sofa bed.

Just to notify, there is a 150 meter walk from the car to the cabin including steps, but we are happy to help with luggage if needed.
