Wake up feeling recharged in this country style inspired home. The space features subtle colours contrasted with warm woods, chic furnishings, and a walkout to a covered outdoor dining area. Located on Devonport's Mt Victoria, surrounded by beautiful historic homes, MaisonMays is a self-contained, private apartment offering a light and peaceful setting with two outdoor garden dining areas, a king-sized bed, bath and a heating/cooling system for your comfort. Off-street parking available. Lock box on left hand side outside white gates at end of driveway. We say "Kia Ora" and are happy to greet our guests but agree to respect our guests' privacy if preferred. Centrally located in Devonport, a car is not necessary to enjoy the many delights around the neighbourhood. Walk up Mount Victoria to take in vistas of Auckland City or stroll to Torpedo Bay for a coffee and ice cream after visiting the Navy Museum. If wanting to travel farther afield, public buses can be found in central Devonport or at the Devonport Ferry Terminal, or perhaps a day trip to Waiheke Island, Rangitoto Island or Auckland City via Fuller's Ferries, departing regularly from Devonport Ferry Terminal. Deposit - A $400 deposit is required on booking, refundable unless a cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to stay.

Peaceful garden, butterflies & birds

Set in historic Devonport our new space is part of a 100+yr old north facing (sun) bungalow with garden. We have no on-site kitchen/cooking facilities. A 15 min walk to the village & 20+ cafes, pubs & restaurants, 2 mins further to the ferry & Auckland CBD 12 mins later. A public golf course is 5 mins walk, 3 beaches 15 mins walk. The quiet space has a queen bed & in a small adjoining room a king single bed. Your own entry, bathroom, tea, coffee maker, fridge, smart TV fast internet & heating.

Mid-Century Devonport

Enjoy a private outdoor space, the accommodation in the style of mid century, a living space with a queen bed and a bedroom with two king single beds, a private bathroom. The kitchenette has a microwave, electric jug, electric frypan, toaster and coffee plunger. There are plates/ utensils etc. Barbeque, hot plates and saucepans on request. Also the apartment is not suitable for mobile babies nor children under the age of seven. A vehicle to get around is recommended.

A separate cottage, on a back section surrounded by trees and bird song. Off street parking for one car. Recently fully refurbished to a high standard. Outdoor dining area with barbque. Off street parking for one car. 5 minutes by car, a 20 minute walk or a quick bus ride into Devonport where you can catch the ferry into the city. A five minute walk to Stanley Bay beach or even less to a public park. A slice of paradise away from the maddening crowds.
