A quite secluded coach house close to beautiful Devonport park and a short walk to Royal William Yard. It is a clean modern space with the original slate flag stones and granite steps. There is one large bedroom with a king bed and a day bed which converts in to two singles making it into a family room. Local pubs, village shops and plenty of water to adventures on or countryside to walk.Set in a quiet location with breath taking views. House is not on waterside but up the hill. Cannot accept Sunday arrivals unless house is empty the day before

A 17c listed Devon long house, in a small hamlet on the edge of Plympton and Historic Plympton St Maurice ,2 mls to Plymstock and 4 mls to the Plymouth City Centre . It’s completely self contained and private. The hamlet is quiet and semi rural but mins from local amenities. Dartmoor National Park,local beaches and the gateway to Cornwall are a shortdrive away.Enjoy the SW coastal path ,the Historic Barbican and Plymouth Hoe. Maybe just a peaceful break.There is something for everyone .

Modern and stylish private home w/ secure South facing garden & patios...Easy to find as immediately off the main A38 however fabulously quiet as set back in this sleepy & favourable rural village... It is 2 mins level walk to the friendly shop & pub. Parking directly infront of the house.. It is only 3 miles from the nearest town Saltash which has an array of shops, bars, restaurants, fast food & a 60 Hectare dog walking nature reserve. Also it's approx 8 mile to the nearest beach.

Boutique 4 bed beach house with amazing sea views!

A former 17th century pilchard palace, tastefully transformed into a boutique beach house, offering luxurious home comforts, with spectacular sea views. This unique property stands on the beach and is literally in the sea at high tide! Although sleeping 10, we recommend no more than 8 adults plus 2 children. The twin villages of Cawsand and Kingsand are situated on the Rame Peninsula - known as Cornwall’s forgotten corner. Unspoilt, safe and utterly charming.
