Unique cabin in Vik - Studio cabin A

This is a cabin in a row of 4, each cabin only sleeps 2 persons, please respect that. Each cottage is 28 m2 and has private entrance. This cabin is a studio,. i.e the bed, dining and kitchen area are all in one room with no walls. There is a bathroom is separate, with a wc and a shower. There is a small kitchenette (stove and a fridge) and dining facility. There is wifi and TV. Those are brand new cabins that were just finished in the spring 2019. The kitchenette has a fridge and a stove.

The cabins have sleeps for up to 4 guests as well as a kitchenette and a private bathroom. Every cabin has free access to wi-fi. Guests can bring their own food and cook simple meals or visit restaurants in the vicinity. Nearby, you will find beautiful hiking trails as well as other activities, including glacier hiking, snowmobile or jeep tours and boat tours on glacier lagoons.

Our property is centrally located to explore the natural wonders of the south. About 50 km east of Vik and 30 km west of Kirkjubæjarklaustur. 7.5 km from ring road no 1 by road 208. Most nature attractions in central south Iceland are within 95 minute's drive from us. Please note; that due to a problem with our address in the Airbnb system, the location of our cabin G-24 is not correct on the Airbnb map. Our place is accessible by any car in normal summer conditions. Free car charging.

The house is at a perfect spot in southern Iceland where you can drive to the main attractions in the area such as Fjaðrárgljúfur, Vatnajökull, Diamond beach, and more. In Kirkjubæjarklaustur are common necessities such as groceries, restaurants, a swimming pool, and more. This home is a good fit for a family or a group of 6-7 travelers. It is located on a large land where guests are free to roam around and explore.

Snæbyl cottage 4

A warm and brand new house that is located between Vik and Kirkjubæjarklaustur. The cottage is by the farm Snæbýli 1 which is the last farm before heading on the mountain road (F210). It is 56m2 in size and is divided into two bedrooms, bathroom and then an open space where you have a fully equipped kitchen and living room with big windows and breathtaking view. We are 15 km from the main road and the house is in a peaceful place with beautiful mountain surroundings.

"Landbrotshólar". It is a unique volcanic landform. Remote yet close to small town of Kirkjubæjarklaustur.
