Perfect place for a calm and relaxing holiday! We felt as we were visiting an old friend of ours. Kyriakos was very welcoming and kind host who was available at all times. The room was incredebly clean and tidy with all amenities needed for a good stay. The location was perfect - quiet and at the same time close to the center of Psakoudia. There is plenty of parking space as there are parking spots infront and on the opposite side of the road which are available to the public and were always free. Overall a very nice vacation, we recommend with both hands!

We had a fantastic stay at Dimitris' place! The apartment is beautiful, super clean, and perfectly located in the charming Upper Town – a real highlight of Thessaloniki. Dimitris was a great host, very friendly and always ready with the best local tips for restaurants and sights. We loved the neighborhood, the food, and the atmosphere – everything was just perfect. Everything super! Central and everything within walking distance. Large terrace with beautiful views of the castle . It's already recommended to friends! We'd love to come back

Nice place to stay

Impeccable hospitality and communication with the host. Detailed instructions for using the house and all the accessories. The house in great condition from all points of view. Very comfortable beds, sofas, bathroom, and incredible cleanliness. So I go to Thessaloniki I don't play to go to stay anywhere other than Ria!

We had a great stay at Dafnis house. The direct location by the sea and the beautiful large garden where we visited turtles was really great. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet out of season. The communication with Dafni went well and a flexible check out allowed us a stress-free departure. Thank you for everything, we will be happy to come back.

Very nice accommodation with a beautiful and green garden, a convenient area for barbecuing and outdoor dining, clean rooms and bathrooms – a very cozy place where we felt at home. Pets are welcome and they enjoy the lush greenery. There are good shops for fresh fish, meat, and bakeries nearby (by car).

The host was very friendly and immediately responsive to everything. The room and location exceeded our expectations, a quiet, beautiful location where everything is close and you feel at home. We highly recommend it. In the room there is a book with suggestions for visiting locations, some of which we used and the locations are really great.

Our hosts were very kind and helpful with getting to know the place and solving few domestic issues. The location is perfect and the beach is great. The house is well furnished with what is needed. We had a great time. Many thanks!
