Our studio is in the center of Diemen, a shopping center with supermarkets and restaurants is around the corner. In 15 minutes you are in the center of Amsterdam. 5 min walk to the tram stop and 10 min to the train station. Our luxurious studio is fully equipped. A lovely Auping king size bed, air conditioning, wifi, TV with Netflix, heating and bathroom with rain shower and toilet shower. A private garden and private parking in front of the door! You can also rent a bike for 15 euros per day.

De luxe woning is van alles voorzien en heel erg geschikt voor familie's. Ruime woonkamer, de keuken is compleet. Er zijn 4 slaapkamers en 1 masterbedroom. De badkamer heeft een groot bad en een regendouche. Super snelle wifi en 65" tv (alle zenders van de wereld) Grote tuin. Eigen parkeerplek! Dichtbij openbaar vervoer. Met 15 minuten in centrum van Amsterdam.

- Check in: from 16.00 pm. If you arrive after 20.00 pm, we send you a self-check in video with all the instructions. - Check out: at 11.00 am. The host will check the house at 10.30. If you like to check out sooner, or later. Please let us know. - Smoking (cigarettes & vaping) is not allowed. When we caught smoke inside we will give a fine of 100 euros. - NO barbecue policy - NO party location, no loud music allowed. After 22:00 we are quiet. - Pets are allowed, only on their leash.

Hi, we are Cees and Cathalijne, and we are happy to offer our upper floor. The apartment is in Centrumeiland, a new neighborhood in Amsterdam. Within walking distance are shops, supermarkets, terraces, restaurants and the beach! The apartment has a living room with pantry, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and 2 balconies. Directly behind the shared front door is the staircase up to the apartment: it is separate from the rest of the house. We live downstairs ourselves, so you have a lot of privacy.

De studio ligt in het centrum van Diemen, bij het winkelcentrum met supermarkten en restaurants. Je loopt in 5 minuten naar openbaar vervoer: trein of tram en je staat binnen 20 minuten in het centrum van Amsterdam. De bus brengt je rechtstreeks in 20 minuten naar de Ziggo Dome, JC Arena en AFAS theater. De studio is van alle gemakken voorzien, een patio, eigen entree, een gratis privé parkeerplek. Met een badkamer, koffiecorner, koelkast, laptopkluis, tv, tweepersoons bed en Wifi.

Familyhome with a big garden and free parking

We have a honestly unique house in Diemen, a new neighborhood close to public transport directly to Amsterdam. It's unique because the house is detached ans very well equiped. We have bikes, a trampoline and a huge amount of grass to play on. For a swim you can jump in the canal, just across the street. Naturally, we have tv, wifi, washer and dryer. There are two bedroomrooms for children and there is a masterbedroom. The bathroom contains a shower and a seperate bathtub.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. There are 4 bedrooms. A washing machine and dryer are available. In the garden you can relax. Within walking distance are two shopping malls with supermarket and food spots. With a bus stop right outside the door and the metro within walking distance, you can reach the Amsterdam Arena and the cinema in 15 minutes or the centre of Amsterdam in 20 minutes. Bicycle and car rental possible.
