Great place in a quiet area. Very close to tram stops so it’s very easy to get around Amsterdam. Loading luggage to the apartment is a little difficult because of very old and narrow stairs (apartment is on the 3rd floor), but manageable. Great host and spotless renovated apartment.

Anne's place is well located - helpfully very close to a supermarket and easy enough to get into the centre of Amsterdam via train and bike. We also found a vet super close. It's a beautiful home and Anne is very responsive.

The quality of our stay in Amsterdam is largely due to the quality of the exchanges with Nora as well as the quality of her accommodation. The fact that the accommodation is a little outside the city center (bus 10 min walk from the house) is absolutely not a constraint, on the contrary it allows you to isolate yourself in a very pleasant cocoon at the end of the day. I highly recommend it!

We had a great stay and the location was perfect for us. We enjoy shopping locally and cooking at home but also enjoy a night out. The location of this home is exactly what we wanted. We were close to all amenities and within walking distance to museums and outdoor markets and parks. Celeste and Daniel provided us the perfect accommodation for our time in Amsterdam. Having an outdoor space to enjoy after walking the city centre was an added bonus (especially with the wide open door option). Thank you!

Wow! Our stay at Jeroen's place in Amsterdam was absolutely fantastic! 🌷🇳🇱 This spacious home is a true gem with its sunny patio and abundance of natural light. The comfortable living area and fully equipped kitchen (complete with full-size washer and dryer upstairs) made us feel right at home. Just a heads up - there are quite a few stairs, which adds to the charm but might be challenging for some. Jeroen is an exceptional host who's quick to respond and full of amazing recommendations for restaurants and activities. The location is perfect - just outside downtown Amsterdam, steps away from great restaurants, and a short 3-minute walk to a large grocery store and shops. Getting around was a breeze with convenient access to tram 19 and the metro. Pro tip: We used the Bolt app for car service - excellent and way more budget-friendly than regular taxis! This beautiful area was the ideal base for our daily adventures. As four older women traveling, feeling safe was top of mind.

This is such a great location and Saeed is a fantastic host! We felt right at home. It’s located near great restaurants and around public transportation. Saeed is very friendly and respectful. He gave us great recommendations for restaurants and tips on how to arrive from the airport. We are looking forward to staying here next time we come to Amsterdam

Quiet neighbourhood but there is a tram into centraal station at the end of the road and shops within walking distance. Bikes were also a welcome addition. Fab house with all mod cons and super cute rabbits 😍 Stephen is very helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. Thank you!

The houseboat was great and you couldn’t ask for a better host. Grace was very responsive whenever we had a question and was very understanding when a little mishap occurred. Hope to be back some day!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house is exactly as shown in the photos – spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The surroundings are calm and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax. Near the center (the public transportation is a 5 minute walk away) The host was fantastic: very kind, super communicative, and always available if we needed anything. Everything was clearly explained, and he made sure we had access to all the amenities. This place is truly a hidden gem – the quality you get for the price is outstanding. Astri is a wonderful host, she is warm, attentive and very helpful. We felt completely comfortable right from the beginning. The quiet location right by the forest was perfect for relaxing walks and unwinding. We found it particularly nice that Astri provided us with many tips on what to do nearby. A completely successful stay, we will be happy to come back!

Stay was OK. Location is not the best, yet we knew what we are going for. Place feels bigger than it is described, we had 5 people and had no trouble. Heater works great, although instructions how to turn it on could be more help:)) Facility is clean and quiet: perfect for families. One thing that there are not much light around the marine, so make sure to arrive during the light hours for check-in, since otherwise it is easy to get lost.

Casper’s place was great and he was a great host- quick responses and left a helpful tip book about the area and how to get around. He was unable to meet us but set someone up to let us in and explain the place- very nice! This place is close to Amsterdam City Center and Casper left great instructions on how to get there. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. His home is beautiful- very spacious, cute backyard, and comfortable! We get very at home and would definitely stay again!

Very nice, quiet and welcoming apartment. It feels like home. Kitchen equipment to cook as we please. Small garden area bringing a touch of nature. Responsive and welcoming hosts.

Jeannot was the best host from start to finish! He provided an amazing advance PDF of Amsterdam information and communicated via Whats App throughout. He even paid my tab at the local ice cream parlour after I discovered they did not take credit cards and the closest ATM was broken. The location is perfect for a stay with a large family. It was a great place to start and end the day and so easy to get to the city center from.

Johanna's house is lovely and homey! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. The area is calm and well connected to the centre and the house has everything you might need! Thank you for having us!

We had a great time at Arjen's place. The house is very nice, very beautifully decorated, in a quiet area, ideal for a family of 4. Very nice very well equipped kitchen. The parking space is a real plus knowing that then you can go to the center of Amsterdam in 20 minutes thanks to the nearby tram station. The house must be very nice in summer with the terrace by the water. We hope to return and recommend this rental 100%!

We stayed on the boat during a family trip with 5 children & 4 adults. staying on the boat really added memorable moments due to different type of accommodation, where we all stayed together. Good location, with a simple tram to reach central Amsterdam. Area around the boat, was clean & calm. There was also a local supermarket & places to eat or get a takeaway. Only tip is to take a sleep mask, due to light coming through windows in the morning.
