Hi, we are Cees and Cathalijne, and we are happy to offer our upper floor. The apartment is in Centrumeiland, a new neighborhood in Amsterdam. Within walking distance are shops, supermarkets, terraces, restaurants and the beach! The apartment has a living room with pantry, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and 2 balconies. Directly behind the shared front door is the staircase up to the apartment: it is separate from the rest of the house. We live downstairs ourselves, so you have a lot of privacy.

The house is located in a very child friendly neighbourhood, because of this location we only rent out our house to families with children and not to group of friends. In one minute from our house you can take public transport which will take you to Amsterdam city centre in 15 minutes. The house is directly at the water, where you can swim and enjoy nature. 1 free parking place available

We have a honestly unique house in Diemen, a new neighborhood close to public transport directly to Amsterdam. It's unique because the house is detached ans very well equiped. We have bikes, a trampoline and a huge amount of grass to play on. For a swim you can jump in the canal, just across the street. Naturally, we have tv, wifi, washer and dryer. There are two bedroomrooms for children and there is a masterbedroom. The bathroom contains a shower and a seperate bathtub.

Within walking distance are two shopping malls with supermarket and food spots. With a bus stop right outside the door and the metro within walking distance, you can reach the Amsterdam Arena and the cinema in 15 minutes or the centre of Amsterdam in 20 minutes. The large living room, with a modern-rustic feel to it, has an open kitchen and sun room which opens to the garden. BEDROOMS: Bedroom 1: king size bed. Bedroom 2: tree house bed that accommodates 2 children or alternatively grownups (mattresses are 2 meters long). Bedroom 3: large couch that turns into a comfortable double bed. Bedroom 4: double bed.

We offer a beautiful studio, suitable for up to four people. The studio has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a private kitchen, bathroom with toilet and a lovely sunny garden. Public transportation is a 1-minute walk away, which will take you to both the city center and the Ziggo Dome, Amsterdam Arena and AFAS Live in 20 minutes.

Read carefully: Leave your worries behind in this spacious and tranquil home. A private room will be available for you, including kitchen and living area. As the apartment has 2 bedrooms, one room will be provided to the guest and other room will be locked or sometime be used by the host. So just to clarify, you’ll have full use of the apartment: your own bedroom, the living room, kitchen, and bathroom except the host room.
