Towels/bed linen are INCLUDED in the price! The 1A Chalet Klippitzhorst is situated at approx. 1,550 hm and is surrounded by ski slopes and hiking areas. The ski lifts are a short distance away on foot/skis or by car! High-quality box-spring beds ensure the highest level of sleeping pleasure.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Our cottage is located just a little off the nearest traffic routes (street, train) and yet in the middle of nature at the foot of the mighty Grimming. It is only about 30 km to Schladming or Ausseerland. There are countless opportunities for sports enthusiasts, nature lovers or even those who want to unwind! Looking forward to seeing you soon ! Likewise, dogs who feel "very comfortable" with us are also welcome !
