There are many shops, playgrounds, downtown, a swimming pool, sports grounds, doctors, pharmacies and much more in the immediate vicinity.

In the north of the Dümmer Nature Park, between the Diepholz bog lowlands and Rehden Geestmoor, where the cranes winter, lies this small half-timbered house in a very quiet rural location. There is a kitchen, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom and the attic studio available on approx. 70 m² of living space. Terrace, garden and parking at the house are included. Smokers and urinators must stay outside. Dogs are allowed in, but not in bed.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Relax on the spacious balcony overlooking fields or enjoy the cozy living-dining area. A fully equipped kitchen is available. The stylish bathroom is right next to the bedroom. The apartment is heated by infrared heating and is almost CO2-neutral thanks to the photovoltaic system. Our small "cottage in the field" is located in the quiet district of Lohe with fantastic views of the Wiehen Hills, about 3 km from the city center of Bad Oeynhausen. In our spacious garden lies the family-friendly hut with a west-facing orientation out of sight of our house, which is about 30 meters away. You will enjoy peace, views and privacy.
