There is a small garden, a living room, kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are two rooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed, and the double room has air conditioning.

Within a 4/5 minute walk, there are opportunities such as eating and drinking at the bottom of the sea/swimming in the sea/sitting on the grass/walking, which you can benefit from without paying any fee. It is the lower floor of the 4-storey summer house with an independent entrance. In winter, you can enjoy the kitchen stove. There are 3 bays 2 minutes from the summer house, but since it is on the slope, a vehicle is required to go to the sea. It is especially ideal for a quiet holiday. Our summer house is 10 minutes by car from the center of Çandarlı. In the evenings, you can enjoy a pleasant evening by going to cafes or bars by the beach in the center of Çandarlı.
