All the amenities for a comfortable stay. The sports centre and the "Lesnoy" restaurant are 400 m away. The complex has a swimming pool, a spa and a hammam: open 8:00–20:00 on weekdays and until 22:00 at weekends. The cable car is 2 km away, and the centre is a 15-minute walk through the forest. Close to the churches of Ketcharis and St. Harutyun.

The apartment's greatest feature is the spectacular, uninterrupted lake view. Guests come here to relax, enjoy nature, swim, paddleboard, meditate, practice yoga, play tennis, billiard and spend quality time. This is not a city apartment or a luxury hotel it is a peaceful retreat where the view and tranquility are the true highlights. Because of the remote location, housekeeping staff must travel from Sevan City, making cleaning and maintenance more difficult and expensive than in urban areas.
