Also the indoor pool and the school center with the private university are steps away. The apartment has a living/sleeping room, with box spring bed (160 × 200), walk-in shower, fully equipped kitchen with mini fridge and direct access to the terrace. Excursion destinations: Dümmer (about 11 km by bike) Dammer and Stemweder mountains

The apartment is located in a new development area near the center of Damme. Stores, restaurants, cinema etc. are within walking distance. In the Damme mountains you can go for a nice walk, ride a bicycle or mountain bike and enjoy nature. The area offers several excursion destinations (e.g. Dümmer See). Construction work is currently underway in the new development area. Therefore, there may be construction noise during the week and possibly also on Saturdays (especially with open windows).

Smokers and urinators must stay outside. Dogs are allowed in, but not in bed.
