The beach is less than 15 minutes away. From our driveway, you can walk straight into the polder. You can park your car (and boat) at the garden house. You can do it all in our cottage in the middle of the island of Hoeksche Waard. But Rotterdam, Dordrecht and Breda are also 30 minutes' drive away and can easily be visited from the location. The cottage is accessible by car via a private unpaved road and is surrounded by meadows.
