Villa holiday rentals in Discovery Bay

Rochelle was an excellent host and really responsive to anything we needed before the holiday and during. The property was lovely, exactly as described and fully equipped. We felt really at home and enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The location is great, we hired a car and visited loads of local attractions, beaches and restaurants. We also used the pool and the gym on the site almost daily. Thanks for a lovely stay!

oshane exceeded my expectations as a host. we had a open line of communication. The house was warm and welcoming outside landscape beautiful. playground was clean pool was clean and not overcrowded. I have stayed at over 20 air b&b from U.S to the cayman islands and jamaica and I will say oshanes place is on my top 2 list. my top 10 is in jamaica. I rate 10/10 across to board and 20/10 for safety and peace of mind. This place is in fact a home away from home.

I enjoyed my stay, the host was responsive he called to make sure I was all set. I only booked for a night and the host treated me as if I was going to be there for while meaning he still made sure I had a welcome basket and called to ensure I wasn’t short of anything. Definitely will be back !

Our group had a fabulous stay at Sea Spray! The host and staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We hardly had to worry about anything — they took great care of us and allowed us to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

I absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb! The space was very spacious, clean, and beautifully set up exactly as shown in the photos. It had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The environment was peaceful, and the layout made it feel like a true home away from home. I really appreciated the attention to detail and how well-maintained everything was. Overall, it was a great experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Very peaceful and welcoming place. My family and I enjoyed the stay. Spacious enough for everyone to have their own space but intimate enough for us all to have family time. The area was secure and safe! I would definitely book again and recommend. Tracey-Ann was also very reliable and responsive to my messages.

My family and I spent a week at Wag Water Villa and it was just perfect. The view is spectacular. The house itself homey and always spotlessly clean. And the staff are the warmest, kindest people you could ever hope to meet. Chef Bailey has mastered the art of absolutely delicious food with world class presentation. Lorna was so efficient and sweet leaving us special notes and treats each night at turn down. And Linden ensured we were taken care of every second of every day with his calm and charming manner and great knowledge of the area. This is truly a special place and I recommend it very highly - you won’t want to leave!

ZYANI was recommended by dear friends. Our group of 7 rented the entire villa for 3 nights, and we'd all go back in a heartbeat. The focal point is the patio, directly on the ocean—it's stunning. The soothing sound of the ocean is a constant. The saltwater pool is perfect. Each bedroom is spacious, all with their own bathroom and nice little touches. If the ocean breeze isn’t enough, the ceiling and floor fans are good. We opted to hire a chef for our stay, and the meals they cooked for us were all fantastic. Stephanie and her team are friendly, attentive, and detail-oriented. The place is full of love and tranquility. I recommend you either drive or use Uber, as there's not much within walking distance. Stephanie recommended a small secluded beach nearby, and is less than a 10-minute drive. Other area attractions are 30 to 60 minutes away; Stephanie guided us on what to do (and, equally important, what to skip). Much love to Stephanie for creating a peaceful oasis in Ocho Rios! ♥️

Our group had a memorable weekend at this villa. The views were beautiful and the vibes were perfect. The place was very clean and comfortable. Overall, we were pleased with our stay and would recommend it to others. Thank you for everything.

Two words : The staff ! Winston , Chef Sheree and Annmarie made the experience so amazing . They were friendly and very knowledgeable and accommodative . The place is absolutely lovely , the pool deck is to die for and the bar area brings the right amount of vibe . The place is private and allows for you to feel safe and relaxed in your own space . I would absolutely recommend this to anybody to just get away from home or host a little event if needs be ! Well done Team !

Vacation Stay Home in Mammee Bay Jamaica, was a dream like experience. Immaculate white rooms with white canopies and linen shaped into hearts greeted my guest. Their personal rooms which all had large personal bathrooms, also had doors that led out to balconies or directly into the beautiful grass of the grounds. One of my guest said it was her door to Narnia. The staff were so attentive and pleasant that within days I felt as if I knew them for a lifetime. They will be missed. Chef Shaun has to be one of the finest Chefs in Jamaica, I have eaten Jamaican food in NY, LA, Miami, Montego Bay, Kingston, St Ann and St Mary and his food was by far the best I have had, and he was all ours! The neighborhood walk to the beach and restaurant was delightful and the private beach was breathtaking. All of this was facilitated by one of the most attentive and helpful hosts I've ever come in contact with, the fantastic Dahlia. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, welcoming, and just awesome!!

Joshua was so easy with communicate with and booking process was seamless. The place was exactly as described! The beach is a simple 2 min walk away and is gorgeous and private. Very close to supermarkets, restaurants etc. Ideal for a family stay!

Myself and a group of friends stayed at Pimento villa and I can confidently say it was an absolutely amazing experience. The owners are extremely hospitable and very attentive and understanding. We had some minor issues however Orville fixed it right away. Their home is also exceptionally clean, organized, tidy and very spacious. The pictures truly do this place no justice, my group was in awe as soon as we stepped through the door. The location is also very convenient as essential Knick-knacks were easily attainable. Anja and Orville’s villa also family friendly as board games are also provided for guests. Our stay at this beautiful home was phenomenal and we truly enjoyed every aspect of it. We appreciate the hospitality and we hope to book with you guys again.

Highly recommend Joanne’s place! My brother and his family loved the location and atmosphere—truly a hidden gem. While the helper, Jackie, could’ve been more welcoming with better bath towels/ paper towels and to use a more softer tone for the kids , overall it was a fantastic stay. We’ll definitely be back!

The place was a gem, very clean, beautiful and great space for a family to stay…. The kids love the pool and the oceanfront. The property manager Collin and Chef Ms.Thomas went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and worth it. I love this place and will go there again. They were very fun, mannered, friendly and very heart warming. They made sure we felt at home and we really appreciated it a lot.

I have to say me and my peers had the time of our life at Rufina's residence. The house was a 10/10 and everything is as described. house was spotless upon arrival, pool was amazing and someone comes out daily to do ensure its cleaned as well which is always a plus. the house was just amazing overall. Rufina communication was A+. She always makes herself available right around the clock. I will definitely be booking for future travel. Thank you

The house was very large. Each family member had their own bedroom, bathroom and balcony. We had Michelle cook for us and really enjoyed that. Michael was very responsive if we needed something. He even helped when we got a flat tire on our rental car. We had a really good unique experience that you don’t get at the resorts. All and all it was a great trip and stay.

Everything was great for our 2024 Ladies Trippin in Jamaica. The host was very communicative and the chefs/helpers were amazing. Kai, Abbie and John were friendly, funny and helpful. If you don't want cleaning/cooking just let them know and they will leave you be. We loved it there and had an amazing time. If we would've asked about beach towels and pool floaties...we would've had those too but we came with our own. Better instructions or map for private beach would've been helpful. We definitely would recommend Que Sera. The view alone is worth it!

Such an understanding host that was communicative and accommodating. Had travel issues and she ensured that we weren’t further inconvenienced. Definitely will be looking to stay at her place if we come back. Amazing experience dealing with her.

Our group enjoyed our stay at Patrick's villa. It was clean and comfortable, tastefully furnished and had all the basic amenities. The chef Patrick recommended was also professional and prepared very tasty meals for our group. Patrick is a great host and was always accessible, responsive and accommodating. This villa was a great value. I highly recommend and will definitely stay again!

Lovely Irie exceeded our expectations. Irene was fully responsive and provided us with a wonderful face to face welcome. The amenities were first class and Irene went the extra mile by providing us with snacks. Overall we had a wonderful time and the only regret is that we did not book for a longer stay . Our stay as a family of six was very comfortable. It was a quick walk to the beach and the pool. It’s quiet and at the center of everything we come to Jamaica to do. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. TV was equipped with plenty for the kids to watch. The restaurant right next door had PHENOMENAL food and was a great highlight to booking here.

We had a great stay here! The location was excellent, close to everything we needed. The house itself was very clean, clutter-free, and accommodated our group perfectly. It was well-maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed access to the private beach—just a quick mention of the house we were staying in, and we were in there for free . The beach was clean and relaxing, with a restaurant, bar, and showers right on-site. We also spent some time at the pool area, which was only a 2-minute walk from the house. Overall, a great experience. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb and would stay here again in the future. The host was very friendly and responsive as well.
