Charming rustic loft that integrates kitchen, bedroom and living room in one environment. A double bed and 2 single mattresses. You can cool off in the delicious Caraíva River, which is 10 minutes from the house. To go to the village, where the restaurants and the hustle and bustle are, DRIVE for 10 min on a dirt road (4 km), park the car, cross the river by canoe, and then you arrive at the main street of the village. Offer bananas and papayas and the tamarins and birds will jump in celebration. An experience to remember!

A complete house with 2 en-suites that sleeps 4 people in each suite, living room with bathroom with sofa bed that fits 2 more people . Full kitchen, service area with washing machine and barbecue, garage behind the house for 1 car. In the condominium we have a barbecue area, sauna, swimming pool with whirlpool, redario, 24-hour entrance. Near the parracho beach. We are on the top of the cliff less than 500m from the beach.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. We are in the quiet São Francisco neighborhood, a 10-minute drive from the ferry. Walking for 5 minutes, we arrive at the center of Arraial, where we find a market, pharmacy, health center, bars, restaurants, a craft fair and the famous Rua do Mucugê. The beaches of Mucugê, Pescador and Eco Parque are a 15-minute walk away. The chalet is in a small condominium of 4 houses, with a garden, parking, electronic gate and is very safe.

Close to downtown and Mucugê street (1500 meters). For your convenience, we do not charge a cleaning fee upfront. You'll be able to hire her if you feel the need at the front desk.

The Ipê Branco house offers comfort while you enjoy relaxing and quiet days on your vacation. It is the ideal house for you to enjoy with your family or group of friends. You will find 2 kitchens equipped with a refrigerator, electric stove, microwave and kettle, and two living rooms with cable TV and Netflix. Your meals can be prepared in the outdoor areas of the house. We can't forget to mention our swimming pool that extends throughout the garden of the Ipê Branco house.

The upper part is composed of: 2 en-suites, 1 shared kitchen and 1 balcony. The rent can be made from both the ground floor and the upper part separately, and in the latter we can rent the suites with the option of the kitchen separately as well.
