Cosy house near Disney/Paris - Spa/Netflix/Wi-Fi

This cozy house, located in a calm and relaxing village, completely renovated with quality materials, is adapted for couples and families with kids. Located near the Marne river, 20min from DISNEY and airport, 5min from the SNCF train station linking PARIS center, the house have all equipment to past a nice moment. As we are in a small village, a car is highly recommended ! We live next door and offer you an exclusive access to the swimming pool (between May to Sept) and Jacuzzi (all the year)

This beautiful top end studio is the ideal starting point for your Parisian getaways. Also great to chill out on the balcony (which opens or closes with curtain glasses) to wonder gazing at one of Paris' most amazing view. 2 shared bike passes are provided to help you get the most of your trip. The area is great, full of cafés and restaurants and close to everything. The building is equipped with a swimming pool a sauna and a solarium (closed on Mondays).

Come and relax in this very quiet accommodation 30 min from Paris and direct access to Disneyland via the RER A line. Private terrace separated from the rest of the garden by a breeze seen. You will also have the pleasure of enjoying the private pool, heated to 30° throughout the summer season from 1 May. You will find everything you need, buoys, fries etc... in the pool house. Beautiful 32 m2 2-room apartment, 20-minute walk to Disneyland (or 5 minutes by bus), and less than a 1-minute walk to Val d'Europe and Vallée Village.
